Paradoxes

To be a good leader, you must know how to follow.
Before a child loves his parents, they love him.
To be rich is, often, to lack everything that brings true happiness.
Those with little material wealth are often those with the richest wisdom. (Ironically, I am writing this on a smart phone.)
Only love can conquer hate.
We turned against God and find it difficult to return to Him. (That's a paradox in itself. Why do we turn our backs on the One who offers us life, the One who suffered to pay our price?)
Love is a sacrifice. We give ourselves up to heal each other. (There is beauty in that.)
What we do is rarely wrong in our own eyes, but it is God's opinion that matters in the end.
We actually find wrong tempting.
Why? (Other than the evil one tempting us.
What's so appealing about evil?)
To earn, we must pay.
Nothing in life is free, least of all life itself.
