Steve stares in shock at the brunette lying on his floor in front of his couch. He was fast asleep but he was half human half horse. Steve pinches himself but he remains.
"Hello!" Steve shouts.
The brunette startles and tries to get up. He moves to fast though and falls over. "I didn't steal anything. It was just warm and I've been lost in the woods," he explains.
Steve couldn't disagree, he looked tired, sick, and scrawny. Steve sighs and starts towards the kitchen. "Come on," he sighs.
"You aren't going to kick me out?" He asks, sounding really surprised.
"No. Let's get you something to eat," Steve says.
He makes soup and they sit down and eat. "What's your name?" Steve asks.
"Bucky, I really appreciate your kindness," the centaur smiles.
"I'm not going to make you go out there in the cold," Steve sighs.
Steve let's Bucky stay until winter ends but they get along so well he decides to let Bucky stay for as long as he wants. They're happy together.
