"Throwing pebbles at you window so I can get your attention because I don't think I could get it any other way"He whisper yells back.
I sigh"The ladder is over there"I point my finger to the ladder placed in my backyard so he could climb up here.
Once he reaches my room he pauses and then keeps climbing up the ladder.
"Brennan what are you doing?"I whisper yell at him once again.
"Climbing on your roof,how about you?"He asks
"Same as you"
I fling my body out my window and onto the ladder and begging to climb up to the roof.
I climbed into a sitting position beside Brennan.
Silence grew upon us but this time it wasn't the awkward.
"What are you thinking about?"I ask Brennan who was staring clearly at the stars above us.
"Caleb"He mumbles
"He is up there right now probably being the protective brother he is"I mumble back.
A tear rolled down my cheek as I spoke about him.
"Hey,hey don't cry Ans"Brennan says wiping away my tear.
"Sorry,just emotional"I give a reassuring smile.
"Want to tell me about this thing you can't seem to get out?"He asks looking back at the stars.
"Can't"I say as I join looking at the stars.
"Come on,I just basically reenacted a romantic move to get up here"He laughs
"Fine"I giggle a little
