Britney's POV
"How about a second chance?" I whispered in his ear

My heart started racing as he took longer to answer

I sighed and pulled away from our little hugging position

As I was about to walk out the door, Cameron spun me around kissing me harder on my lips

"I knew I couldn't lose you," Cameron smiled into the kiss

I got a text, I checked and it was from Kian again

"I really have to go though. I gotta break some news to someone," I said frowning

"Don't worry princess I'll be right here when you get back," he kissed my forehead pulling me into another hug

I drove over to Kian and Jc's house and waited inside my car

I texted Kian:

I'm outside

He replied a few seconds later:

Okay, I'll be out in a minute:)

I waited in the car more nervous than ever

I felt horrible, Kian asked me to be his girlfriend and now I'm just gonna tell him I'm back with Cameron? It'll crush his heart

I was lost in my thoughts till I heard the passenger seat open and inside came Kian

"Hey," I said giving him a weak smile

"Hi.." He said awkwardly

We stood there in silence until Kian spoke up

"I'm so sorry about what happened the other day, I was pissed and I.. I don't know. I just got really jealous because I hate the thought of you being with someone else."

There was a long pause

"But I understand that you still have strong feelings for Cameron. I know not me, not anyone else can change the way you feel about him, so I'm letting you go. It hurts me to do this, but it's best for the both of us. But remember you can always come to me, okay?" He said softly

I nodded and he leaned in and gave me a hug

"Thank you, and I'm so sorry," I said hugging him tighter

"No problem." He gave me a weak smile and that's it.

He left the car and walked inside the house without looking back.

I let out a loud sigh, then stood in front of their house for a couple of minutes just thinking.

After about 5 minutes I turned on the engine and drove back to my house.

I texted Cameron and told him I went home because I was tired, and he was totally okay with that.
