Chapter 64 - The gala battle

Link headed home and got his gala clothes ready for the fight of the night against Trixie

"Link are you sure about this?" Asked Oozak

"Oh I'm sure I have some good songs that no one can beat!" Said Link

Later everyone arrived at the gala and everyone was prepared for the battle

"We all ready?" Said Oozak

"Yeah!" Said everyone else

"I'm giving you two songs to warm up and since it is a battle between Link and me you others have to stay behind!" Said Trixie

"Your on!" Said Link

Everyone headed on stage

"Lets do this!" Said Oozak

(The Negative One)

"Impressive but I still don't think you got what it takes Link, you just wait till I come up on the stage!" Said Trixie insulting them

"Ha like id see that happening when we take you down to bat country!" Said Link

"Very good now if you ponies stand aside I believe it is the great powerful Trixie's turn!" Said Trixie

Everyone left the stage apart from Link

"A bit of one on one, Take your turn!" Said Link

(Skeptic)

"Beat that then Link!" Said Trixie as the crowed boo'ed at her

"Well first of all half the lyrics in those lyrics were true, Yes I am crazy I'm surprised it's taken you long to figure that out!" Said Link as the whole audience laughed including the mane 6 and Oozak

"Well that was just my warm up!" Said Trixie

"I appreciate the band you got it off, but you cannot beat the original!" Said Link and the whole crowd cheered about what he said

(Trashed and Scattered)

"Ha a mere bluff about me trying to crawl on you I know what happens if I start the hunt!" Said Trixie

"Do you not let up?" Asked Link

(Stricken)

"How was that?" Said Trixie

"Breaking out the disturbed are you? I like that!" Said Link

"Disturbed?" Asked Applejack

"I guess it's the band?" Said Oozak

"What would be the next song?" Asked Twilight to the others

"I have no idea..." Said Oozak

(Dead memories)

"Did you get lost when you said I don't know where id be?" Asked Trixie insulting Link

"OOOOO" Said the entire crowd

"Yeeesh!" Said Rarity

"that makes two of us..." Said Oozak

"That um... was a tad harsh..." Said Fluttershy

"No not really I just thought I did but then I found my way and ended up here!" Said Link making the crowd cheer

"Don't be so sure!" Said Trixie

(Sweating bullets)

"Are you sure I was the crazy one? Because to me it sounded like you have serious issues talking to yourself!" Said Link making the crowd laugh again

"Do you not Like the music I sing???" Said Trixie

"I'm pretty sure they don't considering that they laugh at you!" Said Link

"Hey!" Said Trixie

"Uh uh, its my turn! And if you dare say no and knock me to the ground guess what, I'll just come back with a screw you I am who I am!" Said Link making the crowd cheer

"I could knock you down but..." Said Trixie

"But then you screwing with me!, Now I need you all to jump!!!" Said Link pulling out the Zora guitar

(subliminal)

"Where did you get that fish thing?" Asked Trixie

"I can't remeber but it was worth the catch!" Said Link as Pinkie plated a ba-dum tish on a small drum kit.

The whole of the crowd burst out loud with laughter

"I... I lost..." Said Trixie crying and running out of the gala

"Well Oozak I told you I could do it!" Said Link throwing the guitar away

"I guess you were right!" Said Oozak as he and the mane 6 climbed on the stage

"How you did mighty fine work there sugarcube!" Said Applejack

"Hey she mocked me so I showed who's boss." Said Link

"Simple!" Said Link and Rainbow dash high-fiving each other

"So whatever should we do now?" Asked Rarity

"I got one last card we should play!" Said Link

The crowd cheered as everyone headed towards doughnut joe's shop.
