"Should of" IS WRONG.
IT'S "SHOULD HAVE."
That's why there is a contraction should've. Should+have
Same goes with COULD HAVE and WOULD HAVE.
EXAMPLE:
I should have corrected your grammar long ago.
I could have saved myself the pain of reading it.
