I laugh easily as I knock on Kurenai's door. The door swings open and Asuma answers, wearing mission gear.
I smile, "hey Asuma guess what?!"
He tilts his head to the side tiredly, "hm?"
"I'm engaged! Kakashi proposed last night," I say, barely able to contain myself.
He smiles widely, "hey Kurenai."
She stumbles to the door, clumsily pulling her sandals on. "What is- hey Sora! What's up?!"
I beam and shove my left hand in her face. She gasps and grabs my hands before we both jump and squeal.
When we settle down she asks, "is there a specific reason? Are you pregnant?"
"No," I say quietly, "he just wanted to seal the deal."
She beams, "this is great!"
I jump, "I know!"
"When is the wedding?" She asks.
"I'm hoping fall or winter, sometime soon," I say with a huge smile.
"This is great really," Kurenai says, "I'm sorry but I have a mission today, I'll talk to you later."
I nod, "be safe!"

"Do you like this?" Kakashi asks me.
I look at the magazine picture he's showing me and lean my head back on his shoulder.
"I don't know," I say quietly, "I don't think this venue will look as pretty in the winter."
He nods, "you're right."
I shift on his lap and watch as he flips through the pages. I point to one, "this looks like a cute place."
"Look at the price," Kakashi says quietly.
I frown, "that's not too horrible."
"We need to start saving," Kakashi says quietly, "for a family?"
I look up at him, "oh yeah, true."
He kisses me on the cheek and flips the page, "let's look at this a bit later, I'm getting hungry."
I nod, "what are you in the mood for?"
"You," he says looking me right in the eyes.
"I meant to eat," I say quietly.
He trails his lips behind my ear lightly, "so did I."
I shiver and shift on his lap, "what if Hayate hears us?"
"Hayate's on a mission," Kakashi says quietly.
I swing my leg over his lap, "well in that case."

"Anyone home?" Hayate's voice breaks through my slumber.
"He's back," Kakashi's tired voice says.
I frown and pull my naked body off of his. Kakashi sighs, "one more round?"
I blush, "Kakashi, I'm sore."
