(Haileys POV:)

*Taylor's mom's house*

"Ok,now why are we here and not at school?"Taylor asked me

"Hayes step-mom was beating on him and I pushed her away from him and we started arguing witch turned into us putting hand on each other and I knocked her out. When she wakes up she's going to call the cops and I could go to jail for kidnapping" I said looking down

"Wow,hayes are you ok?" Taylor asked hayes

"Um..No"he said

"Where does it hurt?"I asked

"My rips" he said sadly

"Show us" Taylor said. He looked at sky,she nodded. He hesitant but lift up his shirt. He had many black nd blue/purple scars and looked like his ribs were broken

"Omg! Hayes why didn't you tell us this before" I asked with tears in my eyes

"Because,this didn't happen until nash died. He use to make sure  No one hit us but now he's gone they have all the right and power to beat or kill us" he said crying

I ran over to him and hugged him. I feel so bad now that nashs dead he has to suffer from a parent thats not even his.

"Hayes how bout you and sky live with me?" I asked

"Umm...Im not sure. Nila will hurt you and I don't want you too get hurt" he said worried

"Aww hayes,I'm not going to get hurt. Plus the only person we need to tell is your real mom. She loves me since we were little plus if I tell her she'll under stand" I said happily

"Ok then" he Said happy with me

"And I'll take care of you like my kids. I'll buy you clothes,feed you,help you in life and just be there when no one els is" I said

"Really?!?!" He asked amazed

"Yes. I love you and sky so why wouldn't I?" I asked him

"Most people don't care bout us. It's usually bout will and nash" he said all depressed

"How could they when you the best one?" I asked

"Idk" he said smiling bc he's the best grier. We just laughter at him

"Taylor where's ur first aid kit?" I asked Tay

"I'll go get it" he said existing the room

I pulled out my phone and played stitches my shawn mendes

"Really?" Hayes asked laughing

"Yup" I said

"If I quite calling you my lover and move on" sky Jumped up and screamed the lyrics. Then we all started to sing once the sing was over Taylor came with the aid kit

"Here ma lady" he said handing me the kit

"Come here hayes" I said.

I put medicines on him and stitched him up.

"All done." I said happy to help him

"Hailey where'd you learn to stitch like that?" Taylor asked me

"When your in a police station for violence" I said

"Dayum" he said

"Yup" I smirked

Taylor ran to the window

"Hide up stairs now! It's the cops" Tay whispered yelled
