"Hailey time to wake up. You have court in a hour" khlòe said waking me up. I got up and went to the bathroom waiting for the guards to come get me.

"Hailey,here's some clothes. Aria and Hailey dropped them off for court" Diana said

"Thanks Diana" i said

"Welcome. You may take a shower now." Diana said

"Ok" I said as she unlocks my ceal. She walks me to the shower Room. She waits out the doors while I get undressed. I turned the water on to steaming hot. The hot water felt good on my cold body.

I put condition,and shampoo in my hair and rince out. I put my body wash on a rince off. I turn the water off grannies'm g my towel rapping it around me. I look into the steamy mirror taking deep breaths.

I grabbed the clothes Dianna gave me and start to get dressed (in the picture). Once I was done I write on the smoke mirror 'Hailey gets high up in the clouds. If I die im a legend

I leave the bathroom and Diana pulls me to her room and puts some makeup on me. She fixes my outfit and hair. She blow dries it and straightened it. And I moved it all to the side.

Then once she's done we walk out and go to my court. Im really scared. 18months was nothing but 2years is a lot. Especially not knowing why. But I just thought happy thoughts and fuckd the good ones.

Once she stopped the car we were here...I started to tense up and get very scared. My heart starts to beat fastly and start breathing heavily.

"Its going to be ok, don't worry." Diana said

"Thanks Diana. Means alot" I said

"Well court doesn't start for another 30minutes, and there's a Starbucks across the street if you want to go?" Diana said/asked

"Sure. Sounds like a good idea." I said

She smiles and we walked across the street. We Order our drinks and sit at the table waiting for our drinks. After drinking our drinks we had to wait in the courts waiting room.

Then I seen our old ninja vibe...Hayes grier. We kicked him out because wasn't that badass like us.

"HAYES" I screamed

He turned around and walked up to me

"HAILEY" hayes screamed back

"What are you doing here?" I asked

"Im going to jail for 1 1/2 years. What bout you?" Hayes said

"2 years" I said

"But who took you to London?" Hayes asked

"Luke,naill,an d zayn. There bands playing in London" I said

"Oh cool." Hayes said

"I miss you" I said

"I miss you too. But I'm not in the squad" he said sadly

"Wanna be back?" I asked

"YES!" He yelled.

"We also have a new member" I said

"Who?" Hayes asked

"Taylor...caniff" i said

"Sorry to disturb you kids,but Hailey your courts now" Diana said

"I'll see you soon babe" I said hugging him tightly

"Bye babe." He said hugging me back.

We stopped hugging and we walked into the court room. I sat down in a chair next to someone who's my Lawyer.

"Mrs. Caylen" judge said

"Um...May you please call me trouble" I asked nicely

"Ok. Trouble please take a seat on the stand" judge said.

I walked up and looked around. Kylie and aria were here with made me smile and feel not so alone and scared any more because I have people on my side forever...idk. Then a lawyer started to ask questions

"Did you murder Mr.Feldman?" Mrs.Destin asked

"Umm....I don't remember. I have lots of black outs" I said

"So are you saying your a murder?" Mrs.Destin asked

"No" I said

"I mean I might had a black out and anything can happen while I'm in a black out a."

"Alright. No further questions" Mrs.Destin said

After a long while they still asked me a hundred questions.

"Mrs.trouble we sentence you for 2years in prison with 6months probation officer. And 4months on house arrest with a ankel bracelet" judge said

Once the judge said those words my stomach crumbled up,my heart shattered and I felt like I was going to puke. I couldn't talk but tears ran down my face.

I whipped my face and the officers can put me in handcuffs. Aria and Kylie looked scared and sad.

"Its going to be ok. Well get you out I promise" aria said

"Thanks guys. Tell Luke caniff calum and the rest I love them and put some money in my commissary so I can call you'd" I said

"Aright. Well visit you tomorrow"  Kylie said

"Alright" I said with a tear running Down my face

"Be strong we love you" aria said whipping my tear

I smiled and the police took me....
