The most heinous deed
Give me hope each new day
When I don't succeed
Give me courage to stand
At the times I feel lost
Give me bravery to speak
Without care of the cost
Give me joy to spread far
From deep down in my heart
Give me wisdom to help
Even those who are smart
Give me grace for the poor
Looked down on from birth
Give me love for them all-
Those who walk on this earth
A desire to live
Though hardships remain
And faith in Your plan
