Another night. Another sleepless night. Nothing helped you fall asleep. No meds. Nothing. So here you are, laying in bed staring at the ceiling. You were exhausted but, your mind wasn't. The only thing that could help you sleep was Marcus, but he wasn't here tonight.
you looked at the clock.. 1:30am. All you wanted was sleep. After a while of fighting yourself to sleep, your door opened to reveal your boyfriend with a small smile on his face.
" Marcus, what are you doing here? I thought you were staying at Billy's tonight?" You asked him, now sitting up on your bed.
He scoffed," you really think I'd leave you alone knowing you couldn't sleep without me?" He walked over to your bed and you scooted over to make room, he laid next to you and pulled you down to where you're now laying on his chest. You cuddled into him as he kissed your head, pulling you closer.
" goodnight, precious. I love you so much." He whispered as you drifted off into a deep sleep.
