Rimbaud's excitement was palpable as he spread his arms wide, like a bird taking flight. With a dramatic flourish, he exclaims, "Magnificent!" with a hint of excitement in his voice. "Once I acquire you, perhaps the coldness I feel will disappear." As Dazai expertly dodges the relentless onslaught, he shouts a fierce battle cry. "Come on, Chuuya!"
Chuuya extends his hand, silently offering assistance to Dazai despite being trapped within the the hyperspace. "You come, Dazai, you piece of shit." As Chuuya's focus shifts to the battlefield, he catches a glimpse of [Y/n]. With a keen eye for detail, he observes as his [Y/n]'s hyperspace cube finally shatters and slowly cracks open, revealing the very same hyperspace that Dazai had been trapped in. Chuuya can sense the immense power emanating from [Y/n]'s gaze as it burns through Rimbaud's soul, trying to leave him vulnerable and exposed.
Despite the fact that she seems to barely be doing anything, her sheer might is enough to leave Rimbaud reeling and vulnerable. Chuuya wonders how much power [Y/n] truly holds, and how she manages to wield it with such precision and control. Meanwhile, Dazai continues his daring approach, deftly avoiding the previous boss's deadly scythe as he closes the distance between them. Chuuya watches as Dazai's expert combat skills allow him to effortlessly maneuver around the deadly attacks, all while maintaining a steady flow of taunts and insults that seem to only serve to fuel Rimbaud's rage.
"The previous boss swings his scythe at Dazai's cast, but the impact sounds hollow as if it had hit a wall of steel. Dazai smirks, revealing that he had anticipated this moment; his cast was crafted with reinforced metal to withstand the force of the attack. "Chuuya!" "Come on, Dazai!" At that moment, Dazai seized the opportunity, his lungs and Chuuya's hands working in perfect harmony to form a lock that would allow Dazai's ability to nullify Rimbaud's power. As their abilities combined, [Y/n]'s power joined in, creating a massive explosion that shook the very foundations of the building. The hyperspace surrounding them was shattered like glass, sending shockwaves throughout the room and leaving Rimbaud gasping for breath.
"It's over." The silence was broken by Chuuya's voice, a heavy sigh of relief that echoed through the room. He emerged above Rimbaud, his fist raised high above his head, his knuckles turning white with the force of his grip. With a mighty swing, he brought his fist crashing down onto Rimbaud's body, sending him crashing to the ground with a sickening thud. The impact sent shockwaves through the warehouse.
"If Randou-san's subspace vanishes, naturally you will too," Dazai warned as he approached the disintegrating form of their previous boss. "But..." As the previous boss tries to impale Dazai with his scythe, Dazai punches him in the mouth with his metal-encased arm. The boss let out a cry of pain, its form dissolving into nothingness as it vanished from the world.
In a state of utter bewilderment, Rimbaud lay prone on the ground as he gazed up at the ceiling. The world around him seemed to blur as he was met with the sight of an extraordinary phenomenon: a celestial array of eyes hovering above him, each one radiating an ethereal glow. It was as if a divine force had descended upon him, and as it began to infiltrate his very being, he felt as if he were on the precipice of an encounter with the ultimate power of judgment.
The weight of the judgment that loomed over him was crushing, as if he was standing on the precipice of a vast, yawning chasm, with nothing but the endless expanse of oblivion stretching out before him. The pressure was almost unbearable, and he could feel his resolve crumbling beneath the weight of the impending verdict.
A profound and unyielding agony consumed him, searing through his very being and leaving him feeling as though his soul was being mercilessly shredded by an unseen force. The sensation was overwhelming as if his every fiber was being mercilessly violated, each slash of the eyes bringing him closer to the precipice of unbearable agony.
As [Y/n] neared Rimbaud's sprawled form, she waved her hand, and the divine eyes of judgment dissipated into thin air, leaving behind a trail of shimmering glitter. But the pain did not abate, it seemed to intensify, searing through Rimbaud's veins with a cruel, unrelenting intensity. She knelt down and whispered, "Your suffering has just begun"
By now, the sun had begun to set, and its golden rays stretched across the sky, casting a warm glow over everything in its path. [Y/n] looked up, watching as the sun slowly dipped below the horizon and the body of water in front of them turned into a canvas of orange and pink hues. The light was so bright that it seemed to illuminate [Y/n]'s face, casting a warm, rosy glow across their cheeks.
The soles of Dazai's shoes echoed on the ground as he approached her, accompanied by Chuuya, who levitated down. "Are you some kind of magician Dazai, you piece of shit?" Dazai chuckled and replied, "Listen, Chuuya, do you really think I'd be wearing a cast for no reason?" Chuuya rolled his eyes and muttered, "I don't know what kind of stunt you're pulling this time, but I'm not falling for it." Dazai simply smirked and continued walking toward them.
"Painful right? It won't stop. [Y/n]'s ability is really something else," Dazai said with a grin, causing Chuuya to scowl even more. He glanced at [Y/n], who was standing beside Dazai with a calm expression on her face, seemingly unaffected by Dazai's words. "You're going to tell us everything, aren't you, Randou-san?"
Rimbaud met Dazai's gaze with a stoic expression, his eyes devoid of emotion, as he fought to suppress the excruciating pain that throbbed within him. He responds without hesitation, "That day, eight years ago, my partner and I infiltrated this nation." Dazai raised an eyebrow. "You're partner?" Rimbaud continued. "We were here to take the high-energy being that the military was supposedly hiding in a secret facility."
"But the moment I took the being, my partner betrayed me and our nation. He and I fought over the being, and, in the end, we were discovered and confronted by the Japanese military. In order to escape, I unleashed the being I'd stolen. That is, you, Chuuya-kun. After I brought you over to this world, I tried to take control of you. In that instant, you blew up the facility along with all its records, and I lost my memories."
The air hung heavily with the smell of smoke and ash. "My name isn't Randou," he revealed. "Someone of this nation simply misread the hat that I wore and gave the name to me." After having not spoken, [Y/n] inquired, "May I ask about your partner? What happened to your partner" Rimbaud let out a deep sigh before responding, "I killed him with my own hands."
"Chuuya-kun." Chuuya snapped out of his thoughts when he heard Rimbaud call his name. "I suspect that you aren't Arahabaki itself, but a human being chosen as a vessel to keep Arahabaki under control. [Y/n]'s gaze shifted to Chuuya, who was listening with his mouth slightly agape. "But you are strong, not as that violent god, but as a human being."
"Well, thanks," Chuuya murmured, shoving his hands back into his pockets. He couldn't deny that he felt a little proud of himself for being recognized as strong by a god, even if it was just because he was a vessel. "Whatever may live inside you, you are already you. Is that not enough?" Rimbaud says, his eyes growing heavy under the weight of his own words. "All people, all life forms, live without knowing what they truly are."
Rimbaud's voice was weak and raspy as he spoke, 'It's odd...I'm not feeling any cold at all.' His eyes, once bright and vibrant, were now dull and lifeless. He let out a contented smile before his head slowly tilted to one side. The three of them stared in silence as he took his last breath, the life gradually leaving his body.
