Chanyeol's prediction was right. When Sunghak tried to kidnap Yuri weeks ago, Chanyeol already assumed that Bigstar would use Yuri as a negotiating tool. Sehun slowly took a step backward and he left the ship without anyone noticing.

"You aren't a part of the alliance, know your place." Lay mocked. "I would stay quiet if you weren't messing up with me, but you stole my packet not once but four times."

"Fuck your alliance bullshit. Leave the west area alone. You already rule the south yet you want to take over the west too? Aren't you too greedy?"

"Greedy? We won't call it greedy but keep it in check." Lay said it calmly. "Where's Yuri?"

"She's not here." He smirked. "Try to find her before she dies because of the cold. This is just a warning."

"Do you really think you can just leave alive after all of this?" Lay took out his gun and pointed it at Sunghak.

Sunghak's underlings behind him were alerted and raised their guns as well as our man beside me. But Sunghak looked suspiciously calm.

He took out a flash disk from his pocket. "This is just a copy. I have something that can destroy Xiumin's company. You kill me right here, then this will be a headline for tomorrow morning."

"Do you think I'll believe you?" Lay laughed. "There's no way you have something against us."

Sunghak smiled back at Lay. "This is about Xiumin's Lab five years ago."

Lay's smile vanished. I too became anxious about it. What did he know about Xiumin's Lab? I was sure Lay was contemplating right now. I knew Lay would be already shooting his head if Lay didn't consider him telling the truth. But being careful wasn't wrong, right? Lay signaled us to let down our guard.

"Aren't you just bluffing?" Lay said carefully.

One of Sunghak's men gave Lay a paper. Lay read it then his face was unreadable.

"Then, let me leave first, hyung-nim," Sunghak said cheerfully.

"Where's Yuri?" I asked.

"Well, she's around here. Try to find her." He said playfully.

Sunghak left the boat and Lay immediately told us to find her inside the ship. When I looked at the ground, Chanyeol's group was already scattered looking for her. It was already fifteen minutes and the rain was getting heavy. Then Kai shouted that Chanyeol found her. I immediately left the ship. Chanyeol was walking from far, carrying unconscious Yuri in his arms. Sehun ran to Chanyeol, asking if she was hurt badly and Chanyeol shook his head. Lay let out a sigh of relief and signaled our men to gather and ready to come back home.

After Lay's maid changed her wet clothes and drying her head with a towel, I came inside her room to check on her. I told the guys to leave and that I would tell them when we gather later. I sat on the edge of the bed, asking the maids if they see any wounds on her body but they said no. I looked at her pale face, no wounds either. I thought she was fine, they didn't physically hurt her but I couldn't help but think if she would get traumatized by it when she woke up later. Chanyeol said he found her, lying unconsciously near the lighthouse in rain. She was having a temperature, having a high fever so I told the maid to take care of them. I went down to our basement when my brother was already sitting at the round table. I sat down on my seat and told them that she was fine, only had a fever. Lay told the rest about Sunghak, that he has something about Xiumin's Lab.

"Is it related to my old lab building that was burned a while ago?" Xiumin asked.

"I think it is," Lay answered. "And Sehun must warn his dad about this."

"Already called him. No worries." Sehun said.

"Don't worry, Xiumin-hyung. I'll take care of this." Lay said. "The case is already closed and your grandpa has proven innocent in court. We already destroyed evidence and anything about it, and the prosecutor in charge was already dead years ago along with his family. We found nothing in his house and the files at his office were already erased. Is there something to worry about? I think Sunghak is just bluffing. Maybe he heard something about it and make it big without having the real thing to bring us down."

"Still, I have a bad feeling about this," Xiumin said. "What if Sunghak or the other members are the family's victim-"
"I'll dig up about Bigstar if the members are related to this case or not,"

Chanyeol said. "Even if they are the family's victim, they can't do anything about it. Even if they have something, we have the power to shut down the articles. But Sehun might be getting dragged since he took over the research".

"I'm always careful, hyung. Thank's for worrying me." Sehun smiled.

Yuri POV.

I woke up, feeling my throat dry. Baekhyun was sitting on the chair beside my bed. He looked relieved when I called his name. I asked him for a glass of water and he took the glass from the nightstand and helped me to sit.

"How's your feeling?" He asked carefully.

"It's alright." Baekhyun stared at me, checking my expression. "I'm fine, oppa," I reassured.

Baekhyun didn't look convinced but he nodded. Then I spotted Sehun on the sofa. He walked closer and stood at the end of the bed without saying a word. I looked back at him, waiting for him to say something but to my disappointment, he left the room in silence.

"Is Sehun-sunbae mad at me?" I asked Baekhyun.

"No, Yuri. Why would he be mad at you?" Baekhyun asked.

"I know I'm being here is just a burden, oppa. Will you let me leave? I don't want to be a burden for anyone." I said in a weak voice. "Isn't me just luggage for your group? Let me go back home. I miss my home."

Baekhyun POV.

I granted Yuri's wish and drove her home. I walked her to her apartment's door. I knew this was a dangerous decision for her but forcing her to stay with us wasn't right either. I made Yuri promise to not open the door for anyone and to call me if something was wrong, even the slightest feeling. I threw my body to my bed when I came back. I was a little bit sick, just a slight fever because of the rain yesterday and I felt a little bit dizzy. I heard someone open my door and I opened my eyes, Sehun was already on the side of my bed.

"Where's Yuri? The maid said you were going out with her?" Sehun asked.

"She wanted to come back home so I drove her," I said.

Sehun looked displeased. "You are leaving her alone there?"

"What could I do? She's homesick and I don't have the heart to force her to stay here any longer. She wasn't happy." I explained. "Why don't you check on her?"

"I will." He said then turned around.

But I called him. "Sehun?"

"Yeah?" He stopped his steps and looked at me.

"Can I ask something? I don't know what it is but I feel you care about her more than Kai, you are closer than her boyfriend. Do you-"

He cut me off before I finished my question. His face was unreadable.

"It's not like what you think."
