Under The Sea | Bruce Banner

"Brucey, I'm bored." I pull on my best friends arm, trying in vain to move him away from his current experiment.

"Then do something fun." He mumbles, smiling slightly. "I'm working."

"For too long. Come on I'm taking you somewhere." I finally manage pry him away from the computer and walk out the door holding his hand.

We receive some wolf whistles when I pull him into my room. I wink at them to put on a show. When I lock my door I push him into the middle of the room and tell him to stay there. 

"I just need to show you something." I say when he try's to leave. "Jarvis, operation See The Sea please." When I say that my room turns into a holographic ocean.

"This is amazing! Is it live?" Bruce marvels.

"Yeah actually it is." I chuckle. "I've made some new discoveries with this thing." I say and point to the camera submarine I created, still proud at how much pressure it can handle.

He sits on my bed which currently is covered by a holographic whale, I hand him my sketch book. He flips through it quickly, not wanting to miss anything happening. Sea horses circle his head and a shark bolts past me.

"How did you do this?" He looks around.

"When you told me to find something fun to do and then you didn't see me for weeks, this is what I was doing. Too bad these are fragile or else I would have made it in the lounge" I explain.

"It's amazing! You're amazing!" He laughs and kisses me. "Um. Sorry, caught you. The moment." He blushes almost as red as Thor's cape.

"Don't worry about it." I grab his face and kiss him until I hear a knock at the door. "Always ruining my fun."

When I open the door Tony is standing there with a camera ready to take a picture.

"No! The holographs can't take the flash!" I yell as he clicks the button.

The holographs are torn apart and turn into static. It took me two weeks to do a simple seahorse, one month for a shark, two months for a whale. All my work, gone with a simple button press. I collapsed and stare at the floating fragments of static.

"Oh, sorry." Tony leaves me with Bruce who it tinting green.

"It's okay." I sniff "Jarvis, delete operation See The Sea."

"Are you sure ma'am?" Jarvis asks.

"Yeah." I sniff again and wipe away my tears.

"Operation See The Sea is deleted." Jarvis assured.

"Are you okay?" Bruce runs circles on my back.

"No."

"I understand."

"I'm sorry."

"For what?"

"Kissing you."

"Why are you sorry?"

"I don't know Bruce."

"Wanna be left alone?"

I nod and he leaves me alone in the room which a minute ago held so much beauty.

Three months later.

(ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻ 

"Bruce get this blind fold off me!" I giggle at he pushes the office chair down another hallway.

"Nope! I have something to show you." He laughs and pushes me faster. "Here we are." He stops the chair. "Jarvis, project Open The Ocean." I can practically hear his smile.

I take the blindfold off and look at the dome shaped room filled with holographs almost exactly like the ones in my bedroom. I laugh as a dolphin swims by me.

"You did this?" I ask Bruce.

"All for you." He laughs

"Thank you!" I kiss him saying that over and over again.

"I knew you'd love it." He chuckles. "I love you, (y/n)."

"I love you too, Brucey."
