Chapter 1

I tried to butt in sa usapan nila nung cashier. Mukha naman syang mayaman at konti lang yung binili nya. Gamot? I think so.

"Ah, excuse me, Is there any problem?" I asked the guy. Well, gwapo sya. Maputi at matangos ang ilong. Matangkad sya sakin pero hindi gaano. Natural na mapula ang labi nya at parang bihira lang ngumiti.

He let out a sigh. "Miss, sorry ha pero may pera ka naman siguro dyan." I shook my head to erase the thought of my mind describing him. "Can I borrow money from you? Kahit 500 lang."

"H-ha? " Gulat na tanong ko sa kanya.

At ano sa tingin nya sa 500 pesos? Basta basta ko lang ibibigay sa kanya?! NO WAY! Budget ko 'to 'no! Dugo't pawis ng magulang ko tong pera ko tapos hihiramin nya lang? At malay ko ba kung magkikita pa ulit kami? Duh!

"I said, baka may 500 ka dyan. Emergency lang talaga kasi." Ulit nya. Wala man lang pakiusap? Tss.

I sighed at kumuha ng pera sa wallet ko. "Eto. Lumayas ka lang sa harapan ko." Badtrip na sabi ko sa kanya sabay hampas sa mukha nya ng pera.

Kainis. Tss.

Nagulat ako sa sunod na ginawa nya. "Thanks." He said with a wink.

Binayaran nya yung mga binili nya, whatever the hell it was. As he stepped out of the store, he smirked at me. The heck!

I'm not fond of guys. Lumaki kasi ako na si Papa at Hunter lang ang mga lalaki sa buhay ko. Basta, naiirita ako sa mga lalaki!

Hanna, control yourself. Baka mag tantrums ka ng hindi oras dito. Andami pa namang tao... RELAX. RELAX.

I took a deep breath. Sana lang hindi na kami magkita ng gunggong na yon. Baka mapilipit ko pa yung leeg nya.

KADE's POV

Damn emergency. Kung hindi lang talaga emergency. Kung hindi lang talaga kailangan na uminom ako ng gamot para sa Migraine ko. Kung hindi ko lang talaga naiwan yung wallet ko sa bahay ni Eliza yung wallet ko, hindi-hindi talaga ako lalapit sa babaeng yun eh.

Nakakahiya. Usually, ang mga babae ang unang lumalapit sakin. But what happened a while ago was epic.

I admit that she's cute. Those flaring eyes na sobrang ganda pag nagagalit. Then her small nose and pinkish lips. I smirked at the thought.

Pauwi na rin ako ng Manila kaya siguro hindi ko na makikita pa yung babaeng yon. She looks quite familiar, I don't know when or where did I saw her.

Pagbalik ko sa kotse ko, tinignan ko yung cellphone ko. Crap! Nagtext na naman tong babaeng to.

I immediately threw my phone on the passenger seat.

I hate it when a fling gets too clingy. Yung tipong malayo lang ako sa kanya ng sandali, hahanapin kaagad ako. Damn this life.

At ganun si Eliza, my girlfriend. Well, not really. Technically, she's my girlfriend. But emotionally, I don't love her. But she loves me. Basta. Pretend girlfriend sya na masyadong attached sa akin. Just like my previous flings.

Buti nga hindi ko na sya makikita these next weeks. But unfortunately, magkikita't magkikita pa din kami sa M.I.A. Stands for Montecort International Academy. Montecort is my last name kaya ako ang batas sa school na yun. I own the school. I make the rules but I don't follow them. Perks of being the most powerful of 'em all.

I was irritated then my phone rang. Kinuha ko yun sa backseat at thank goodness hindi si Eliza ang tumatawag.

"Why?" I asked Mom. Yes. Si Mommy yung tumatawag.

"Nasan ka na?" She asked cheerfully.

"Expressway pa lang. Why?" Iritang-irita din ako dito kay Mommy eh. Masyadong madaldal. Well most of moms do it.

"Nothing. I just want to check on you. By the way, gusto ka daw kausapin ni Cassie."

Hell, please no. Wag. Okay lang si Mom pero wag lang si Cass. Please.

Right then, an irritating high-pitched voice is damaging my earbuds. "Kuyaaaa!!!!"

"Whoa. Cassie! Will you please lower your voice?!" Damn it.

I heard her laugh. "Wag ka munang mamatay kuya. Hahaha. Magbibirthday ka pa. By the way, in case you forgot, next month will be your birthday and we need to organize the event! Hello? Kuya! Are you listening to me?"

"Yes, go on." I said with my famous sarcastic tone. Sanay naman na sila eh.

"Okay. Ano pa bang sasabihin ko sayo? Uhm... Shoot. Ayun. Alam mo ba kanina, pumunta kami ni Mommy sa mall. Then I saw Bryan, yung crush ko! Waaaaah. Grabe talaga------"

I ended the call.

I hate women. All of the women in my life. They're irritating me!! Fvck!
