Given quirk: Phoenix Tears that can heal others plus the quirk user. Fire can be produced from the hands and used to make anything the user wishes. The fire becomes "solid" for use, but remains the material of flames. Unless the quirk user is touching the fabricated object, there is a time limit before it turns to ashes.
