Her hands were shaking. Danbi tried to hide it by holding the cards close to her body.
Everyone was waiting for the eight young artists.
Their managers and staff were already inside the big practice room going over a few details regarding the camera work with her colleagues.

She was nervous to the point she felt nauseous. Her head was spinning and her stomach was hurting. Controlling her breath, Danbi focused on counting the wooden accents on the blue walls of the practice room.

"Hello." It was a mix of eight male voices greeting everyone. Her focus shifted to the eight males entering the room.

After an exchange of greetings and bows, the eight walked up to Danbi. A shy smile rested upon the full lips of the female. She wasn't sure if they would recognize her without a mask, hat and huge headphones covering up most of her face.
The only feature that didn't change where the huge glasses she couldn't live without.

„Hello. I'm Danbi. Thank you for having us today." She tucked her hair behind her ear, giving away her shaking hands after standing up straight again after bowing.

The eight watched her, exchanging questioning looks with one another with having the same thoughts.

"Ah. No need to be nervous. Thank you for being here today." Chan was the first to speak. He smiled; a gesture that made the younger feel a little bit more relaxed. "I'm Chan."

He was thinking the same as the others. They had met before but he couldn't pinpoint where. The male watched her while the rest introduced themselves even though they knew she knew their names.

"Before we start with the filming, I wanted to let you know that this is my first time doing the part in front of the camera. Usually, I am the one behind, making sure everything works fine. Please be easy with me if I slip up." Her cheeks turned hot.

The eight smiled understanding and nodded.
"You got this." Han gave her a thumbs-up, causing her to cover her face with one of her hands to hide the blush.

"We know the schedule and will do our best to make it as easy as possible. Team Work." Felix winked at her. It took everything not to hide her face fully behind her moderation cards.

Chan couldn't help himself and chuckle.
The way she reacted, was adorable.
For a split second, they held eye contact. The eyes of the female became bigger, and even more colour found its way to her skin. Chan grinned, tilting his slightly.

"Time for a break everyone." A staff member of JYP stood up. "You are all invited to join us for a meal in the cafeteria." The response where a lot of thankful words.

Danbi smiled and bowed towards the staff. Her shoulders were finally a little bit less tense. No shaking in her hands. She laid her cards down on one of the tables behind the camera before reaching for a water bottle.

"Can you hand me one of the bottles, please?" A now familiar voice behind her. The leader of Stray Kids stood behind her with a smile resting upon his full lips.

"Here you go." She handed him hers before crapping a new one.

"Thank you." Chan opened it without a problem. Danbi struggled to twist the cap open. "Let me help you."

He opened it while she held it. "Thank you."

Both drank in silence.

"You are natural at moderating, Danbi. If you hadn't told us before, I would never have guessed it was your first time. Thank you for making everyone feel comfortable and included. Especially Felix with his back injury." Chan expressed his gratitude towards the younger woman in front of him.

The nine had been playing games for the first half of the filming. Due to the injury, Felix wasn't able to be part of any of them on his own with the movements needed. Danbi paired up with him, doing the challenges for him and the pair won almost every game.

It took Felix's focus off the inability to perform how he wanted, causing huge smiles on the member's faces.

"You're welcome. There's no need to thank me for that. I had fun pairing up with him and playing these games with all of you." The heat was back on her cheeks.

Both smiled at each other. All of them felt comfortable with one another.
