Nightmare

Chapter 25

..Ruth's POV..

I groan as I'm still laying down, I feel extremely tired and I don't want to get out of bed. I'm about to fall asleep again when I hear a knock on my bedroom door. "Come in" I say. "Hey good morning baby" it was Blake. A smile spreads across my whole face.

"Hey baby" I say, I feel the spot beside my dip a bit. I turn around and see Blake already looking at me. I meet his eyes and see love and adoration in them. "I love you so much" he says. My head flutters and butterflies are flying in my stomach. "I love you so much more" I say.

He's about to kiss me when I stop him, 'what's wrong?' he asks with a bit of hurt in his eyes. "I am not letting you kiss me with morning breath. He chuckles "My love I don't care if you have morning breath. I would care if you were all sweaty, or all dirty. I would still want to kiss you." he says. I shake my head, as I rush to the bathroom and start brushing my teeth.

After a couple of minutes I'm done brushing my teeth, "ok-" but i get cut off my Blakes lips on mine. I kiss back, wrapping my arms around him. As I pull back i smile at him "eager much for my lips?' I ask with a grin. " Yes," he says, kissing me again.

I laugh as I walk out my room, "my shirt looks really good on you" he says "but it would look way better on the floor and off of you" he says with a smirk. "Blake stop" I say covering my red face. I hear him laugh as he wraps his arms around me. "Today's Alex's birthday, he wanted me to ask you if you could go to his birthday party" Blake says while kissing my exposed neck. "I would love to go" I say, "when does it start?" I ask him "around 3pm" he says "okay let me get ready so i can go buy him a gift" i say while pouring some coffee in a cup.

"You don't have to, I already bought him something. It could be from both of us" Blake says, " But you bought him that. I'll feel bad if i dont get him something" I say "okay fine i'll drive you to the store let's go" he says, "Umm no" I say he looks at me confused. "What?why?" he asks. "I need to change," I say. "Why?" He asks. "Because I look like a mess" I say while walking up the stairs. "No you don't. You look beautiful" he says. I kiss his cheek "thank you but i don't not. Let me go change quickly i'll be back" i say while running up to my room.

I changed into this basic balck long sleeve, and some light blue mom jeans, with my black converse and some jewelry. "Okay done, let's go" I say while running down the stairs. "You look beautiful," Blake says while intertwining our hands and kissing my cheek. "Thank you baby" I say. He smiles and opens the door.

"Do you think he will like this?" I ask Blake while holding up a Remote control Truck. "I think he would like that" Blake says "you think?!" I say, Blake walks in front of me. "Baby call down. I know he will like it" Blake says, trying to help me calm down. "Are you sure?" I ask. "Positive" Blake says. "Okay, okay let's go" I say while grabbing Blakes hand. He smiles and kisses my cheek.

" Your total will be $54.89" the lady says. I'm taking money out when Blake stops me, "i'll pay for it" he says "thank you but no" I say while handing the lady the money, she smiles at me while taking the money. "What did you get Alex?" I ask him "I got him a nintendo. He hasn't stopped asking Carmen for one since it came out" He says. "A nintendo?! That is way better than what I got from him." I say "baby your gift is amazing"n Blake says while holding my hand. "Not as amazing as yours" I say "it's way more amazing than mine" Blake says. I shake my head 'no'.

As Blake and I are sitting in my living room. I check the time and see it's 10:30p.m and my shift at the bakery starts at 10:50. "Baby can you give me a ride to the bakery?" I ask Blake, "Of course right now?" he asks "yeah shift starts in 20 minutes" I say "alright let's go" he says while getting up on the couch helping me up. "What time are you getting off?" Blake asks me while parking the car outside the bakery. "Around 2:30" I say "okay i'll pick you up then" he says "okay thank you for the ride baby I love you" I say while kissing his lips softly.
