"Sa susunod na linggo daw tayo nakatokang magbantay sa tindahan,"

Sabi ni Tam sabay lapit sa pwesto namin. Tiningnan naman namin ang papel na hawak niya saka nagsalita.

"Pres evenly distributed the days before the Foundation Festival to each of us to help the store, I guess the store is not that big and is manageable seeing how she was able to make this schedule without problem." Hazel said while reading the names on the paper. "Sakto wala akong gagawin sa mga araw na yan."

"Me too, pero baka lumiban ako ng isang araw. "

"Huh? Bakit?" Tanong namin ni Hazel sabay tingin kay Tam.

"Di'ba dadating ang mama ko sa susunod na biyernes? Pero makakapasok pa naman ako para tumulong sa tindahan, hapon lang naman ang shift natin hanggang hating-gabi."

"Oh… Dadating na si tita? Di'ba nasa Davao siya hanggang sa susunod na linggo?" Takang tanong ni Hazel.

"Yes, supposedly, pero ang sabi ay may kailangan daw na-attendan na meeting si mommy sa Maynila. Ewan ko, basta meeting yon ng mga matataas na opisyales na ka-trabaho niya."

Napatango-tango naman kami.

Tam's mother work involve public serving, she had a relatively high position so she does a lot of works like doing some charity, helping organization and such.

"I see, how about you Milana, kailan uuwi sina tito at tita?" Baking na tanong niya sa akin saka upo ni Tam sa tabi niya.

"Next next month pa ata," hindi siguradong sagot ko habang inaalala ang huling usap namin ng mga magulang ko.

"That's long, they sure are taking their time, huh?" Tanong ni Hazel. Kinibitan ko naman siya ng balikat.

"They said they will finish everything in there before coming back here in the country, I think that's because they have already decided to stay here for the next years?" Sagot ko.

My parents, whom Hazel called aunt and uncle awhile ago, was in somewhere in Sweden for our businesses in there. I'm not sure, I never asked their exact location since there are only few places in there that could be their location; my grandparent's home or our vacation home located there.

I'm just sure that they are there to take care of our businesses and set everything alright since they planned to stay in the country for quite the long time.

'Well, it is indeed tiring to go back and fourth from here to Sweden, '

But most of all, I prefer my parents to stay with me most of the time. That must be the reason why they are taking care of everything in there in serious.

"Ah, pasabi kina tita kapag tumawag sila sa'yo pasalubong ko kamo chocolate na made in Sweden. Ayaw ko kamo yung cheap na chocolate na nabibili lang sa mga airport."

"Ako din, sabihin mo 10.5 kamo size ng paa ko. Gusto ko yung tatak Louboutin, ah?"

Natawa naman ako sa sinabi nina Hazel at Tam saka umayos na nang upo. Pagkatapos ng ilang segundo ay pumasok na rin si Sir Pat.

"Good morning,"

"Good morning, sir."

"Today, we won't be having any classes."

Bigla niyang anunsyo sa amin.

"Mmm?"

Natigilan naman kaming lahat sa sinabi ni sir saka nagtatakang napatingin sa kaniya.
