Two Months Later
Heaven POV

"What time's your appointment?" Caution asked rubbing my small stomach. "In about 45 minutes." I tell him. "I'm supposed to be finding out the sex today, but I don't want to because you're not going to be there. So I'm going wait." He sighed. "It don't look like I'm getting out no time soon." He shook his head. "Well at least we have a court date now." I tried. "That's in September, which is four months from now and you're due in October." He says. "Yeah I know." "Just go ahead and find out." "Okay." I stood up from my seat. "Hey." He pulled me into him. "Happy Mothers Day." He says before kissing me. "Awe. Thanks baby." I gushed, kissing him.

"Okay Ms. Heaven, are finding out the sex today?" Dr. Walden asked me as she moved the prone around my stomach, avoiding the genital. "Um yes." I smiled a little. "Alright here we go then! Congratulations it's a......."

"Hey boo!" I gave Laila a hug and sat across from her in the booth. "Hey mamas." She says and I laughed. "Yeah, you too." I told her and she smiled. "I know. 18 weeks." "I can't wait for my niece to get here. Shopping!" I cheered. When she found out she was having a girl I got excited because I knew I can look at girl clothing since Caution is claiming that I'm pregnant with a boy.

"So I've been thinking and I think I'm going to need your help." I say after we finished our appetizers. "What?" "I want to reconnect with my family." I told her and she looked at me shocked. "Really?" "Yeah I mean, I know they're out there and I think it's time you know?" I shrugged. "Wow I think you should do it and if you need me, I'll be right there no doubt." She says and I smiled.

"What yall doing here?" My uncle asked when he answered the door. "Well Heavy here has something to ask you." Laila smirked pushing me in the door. "Hey! I don't need two pregnant women fighting so cut it out." We laughed. "What's up?" He asked sitting on the couch in the living room. "Where do my nana stay?" I asked and he gave me the same look Lai did. "What nana?" He asked me. "My dad's mom." I said and he smiled.

"Why you wanna go see her?" "Yeah. I believe it's time." I shrugged. "I went by the house I remembered my daddy use to take me but no one lives there anymore I guess." "Awe. My baby girl is growing up." He pretended to wipe a tear.

"Hi. My name is-" The woman who opened the door had cut me off. "I know who you are child. Welcome home." She says pulling me into a hug. "Come in. Nice to see you again Laila." She had hugged her. "You too Helena." Lai says and a light went off. "Aunt Lena?" I questioned. "I don't know how you forgot about your favorite aunt." She placed her hands on her hips. I smiled before giving her a proper hug. "We were waiting for you to come around. Just didn't know it was coming this much later." She says. "We?" I asked. "Yes we." "What's going on?" I looked around to see a lot of familiar faces. "Just a get together. But I bet you looking for Mama?" "Yeah." "Come on. I'm sure she'll be happy to see you."

"Mama, there's someone here to see you." She touched a lady standing with her back to us. "Well who's here that I don't see often?" The lady says before turning around. When she did, I'm sure I had a huge stunned look on my face. "Hello there." She smiled at me. "You're the woman that works at my doctor's office." I say in disbelief. I always wondered why she would smile at me the way she did when I went for check ups. "Yes. It is one of our family's famous businesses." She says. "So are you just gonna stand there or hug your grandmother?" She questioned. I smiled before giving her a hug.

"You're just as beautiful as you can be." She says after our hug, touching my stomach. "Thank you." I blushed. "I can just see the way your father would be looking at you right about now." She says. "Really?" "Of course. But we're not going to go down that track right now, let's rekindle some family. If that's okay with you?" "Yes. I'm ready." I said although I was nervous.
