Saritha stood nervously adjusted her saree standing behind Lakshmi Raghavendra as they were left at the backstage.

Anirudh sat on the couch and smiled at the anchor. Diana Dave popularly known as DD is the talk show host and she smiled brightly at the rockstar.

" Ok Ani so we have some surprise stored ahead for you, yenna surprise nu parthurlama?"

Anirudh chuckled and nod his head. DD  smiled brightly and invited the first surprise guest for Anirudh into the stage. Anirudh laughed and stood up as Lakshmi Raghavendra walked inside the set carrying a large bouquet for him. Anirudh smiled fondly and hugged his mother.

" Hi Mrs Lakshmi,thank you so much for joing us today! " DD clapped her hands and gushed at the veteran classical dancer. Lakshmi smiled and nod her head as she sat beside Anirudh.

" So Ani, how does it feel to be here with your mother ?"

Anirudh chuckled. " Shocked...mummy ve kupduvinge na sathiama yethurparkala."

DD grinned and turned to look at Lakshmi.

" Ninge sollunge madam, how are you today?" 

Lakshmi smiled fondly and pat Anirudh's shoulders.

" Well I was surprised, neege kuptu Ani ke teriyathu nu solamothu, my husband encouraged me to come to this show, Ani ode true reaction capture panlam nu... too be honest he wanted come but iniki shoot irrukara avaruku so I am sure he will be eager to watch this particular episode."

" Wow that's nice, sir inge vanturtha innum surprise ah irrukum le Ani," DD asked grinning bright at the happy pair.

Anirudh chuckled and looked at his mother. Lakshmi smiled and he began talking.

" Trust me Ani, Kolaveri di is still hyped up" DD said making Anirudh chuckle. He turned to Lakshmi and tilt his head.

" Yenma ungalaku anthe pattu pudikuma?" He asked making Lakshmi roll her eyes  and pinched his cheek. Anirudh chuckled as he rubbed his cheek making DD raise her eyebrows smiling at the pair.

" Oh I am guessing there is a back story ?" DD asked making Anirudh snicker.

" Apidilam onnu ille...seri vere questions ke polama?" Lakshmi asked causing DD and Anirudh to burst out laughing.
