Lakshmi Raghavendra walked out of the kitchen carrying a tray of drinks, her brown orbs glanced towards the wall clock squinting slightly as she paused and saw the timer display. Her face wrinkled, lips pursed together as she walked towards the garden where her husband was flipping through the newspaper. She placed the cup in front of him, giving out a huff as she took a seat opposite him.

" Good morning Laksh..."

" mmm, yenge mani yenna achu...innum inthe Saritha ve kaanom parunge..." (Look at the time now.. Why isn't this Saritha up yet?)

Ravi tilted his head to the side, half of his face covered by the newspaper. He raised his right eyebrows narrowing his eyes at the pouting woman in front of him.

Lakshmi puffed and crossed her hands on her chest.

Ravi exhaled his breath loudly, shaking his head.

Lakshmi rolled her eyes and got up. She crossed her arms over her chest and frowned at him.
