Somewhere out in the Middle East.
Time:23:00 or 11 pm

Ghosts POV

"Hopefully those girls are going to be safe they gave up a lot of valuable information and This information they gave me better be correct and also when did I agree to let a fucking marine come with me it's not like he can help me in anyway he's only going to slow me down"

But before I could continue thinking I'm snapped out of thought by the marine

??? "Hey you you're the ghost right?"

I stayed silent not wanting to talk anyone let alone a jarhead

??? "Hey I'm talking to you I'm LT. Ethan White"

He exclaims putting his hand out to shake

I looked at him with a look of annoyance he caught on to it and slowly put his hand down with a look of embarrassment.

Ethan "Well since we will be squad mates for a bit I thought it would be nice to get to know you"

I roll my eyes trying to control myself

Ghost "............"

After a second he lightly smiles and rubs his neck

Ethan "Well I'm gonna get some sleep wake me up when we're almost there?"

Ghost:....

Ethan: I'm going to take that as a yes.

Time skip: 2 hours later

Ethan POV

My blissful sleep is rudely interrupted when I'm woke up to someone shaking my shoulder.

Ghost ".............."

I groan loudly wiping my face feeling my rough gloves scratching my face

Ethan "Yea yea hold your horses I'm getting up so wanna go over the plan? And what's with calling me a cunt bag that's not very nice."

Ghost:.....

Ethan: Um okay well do you know what the plan is?

Ghost "Kill everything and leave simple"

He responds coldly staring at me with dead eyes my nerves snapped as I held back my anger but I stood up and pointed my finger at him

Ethan "This isn't your typical get rid of the bad guys mission innocent lives are at stake."

I shout but he barely moved something about him just gave me the creeps

Ghost "..........okay and?"

I looked into his eyes and saw that he was dead serious I felt a lump in my throat but I managed to get my point across

Ethan "Well news flash I'm not going to let you kill innocents even if they do get in the way and if one innocent civie is harmed! Oh yea that'll be the end of you I can promise you that I will make you pay. This is probably why you're a lone wolf no one wants to work with someone like you."

He slowly stood up and I heard him laugh a bit before grabbing my collar and almost breaking the helicopters window with my head his other hand placing a knife in my mouth near my cheeks

Ghost "Listen and listen good I've killed many many many men who were stronger faster and smarter than you. You have one saving grace and that is your uniform don't let me warn you again"

His words pierced my skin as I shudder I was against the wall ready for death when we both heard the pilot say,

Helo Pilot: ETA:30 seconds until drop off

I looked back at ghost and just as casually as he stood up he put me back down and sat back down looking at his gear waiting to land.

As i was staring he looks up at me and again I suddenly feel a cold chill just by his eyes.

I quickly looked away avoiding eye contact with the person if they could be considered one.

"I just hope I can stay on his good side and get back home."
