the stars began to appear
and the night circled in
the crisp air began to stir
& i'm wrapped in the moon
for the sun has nothing against these stars
nor the beauty of the world has nothing
against you
oh, darling
the night is young
it'll soon become day
if you don't cherish the stars
and i never want to leave this very night
because i'm next to you
and i'm swaying with the light music
twirling in your arms
who would have dreamt
i'd love this hard?
who would have imagined all these stars?
for its night that has brought me the best day
i'll always cherish night
i'll never stop cherishing you
& i'll forever cherish the stars
