"I thought I lost You"

Jungkook woke up with a cold space beside him. He was lost for a moment before he realized the wrinkled sheet beside his but no one was sleeping there. The moon shone brightly by the window pane and as the cold of the night engulfed his trembling body, his heart rate ran faster in his chest as he tried to calm down himself.

He looked around for wherever she was as he slowly turned on the lights. He went to the bathroom, to the Salas, he even hesitated to check her sister's room and Jisoo but decided to change his mind as it had been 3 am and he didn't want to disturb any of them.

So, Jungkook walked outside as he felt the soul beneath them. His heart was beating really fast. He didn't know why he felt this way. He felt like he couldn't breathe and imagining things that may happen at the moment. He was so lost but he couldn't understand the worry he felt.

It had only been a few days since he met her but she had already messed up her life more than anyone could. She was the only woman capable of warming his heart and thinking of losing him made him lost his mind as well. He didn't know if someone had kidnapped her without him even knowing and that made him felt so miserable as he failed to protect her. He slammed his fist on his head as he called out for her name in his sleeping pyjamas. He was hoping Lisa was still not far away.

"Lisa! Lisa!"

His voice cracked and the only one that replied to him was bird's singing and the crowd crying. The silence of the night and occasional fireflies terrified him. Not because he was alone but because she was in danger and he couldn't help but cry as he ran his fingers through his hair. His feet were now bruised after walking for thirty minutes but he didn't care. He needed to find her as soon as possible.

"Lisa! Where are you? It's me! Jungkook! Just answer me back! Lisa!!!"

Just as he was about to step into tall bamboo trees, a large bird as tall as a human being flying in front of him and it covered his view of the moon. The bird was colored with orange and yellow as it glistened before it covered the moon. It has a distinct cry and he couldn't help but be mesmerized by its almond golden eyes. It was the most beautiful bird he had ever seen and he couldn't help but followed his gaze on its beautiful tale and majestic wings. He had never seen a bird like that before.

Before he would lose his mind by its unprecedented beauty, Jungkook realized that he has yet to find Lisa. He ran as fast as he could as he entered the dense bamboo forest and called out for her name again and again before he saw the orange fiery bird once again disappearing into the bushes of thick bamboo trees.

Curios it got the best of him and before he knew it, he had already come forward to where it was. However, instead of seeing that majestic bird, he instead saw Lisa lying her back on the forest floor with nothing on her. Her eyes were closed and she seemed to be in a deep sleep. She was fully naked with her olive white skin almost mix with the dark brown leaves beneath her. She looked ethereal but he didn't have enough time to appreciate her beauty.

His brain couldn't process anything other than the vulnerable girl in front of him and he didn't even take the time to analyze her properly. He carried her in both of his arms as he ran back to where he was previously. Lisa's eyes were still fuzzy when she opened them as her eyes travelled on Jungkook's silhouette while he was focusing on bringing her back to the mansion.
