After the talk, the group decided it would be best to take a rest and just talk about their plans for tomorrow.

Lisa listened to them discuss for hours with no end about what happened to the Angel Eyed witches, and somehow she sensed familiarity like a déjà vu whenever she heard them speak about it once more. There was something, like a pang on her chest that was telling her that she might have known about this. Ever since she woke up, she had Been very weary amongst the gang that seemed to not fully trust her except Jungkook.

She had been trying her best to tell them that she didn't know anything about her past, but somehow, she felt in her instinct that whatever was happening was somehow connected to her memory loss. Worst, connected to her.

She didn't want to think about it but the growing pain on her chest plus the occasional worries she got from hearing them talk made her think of something bad.

“What if I was one of those people? What if I'm an angel eyed witch as well that somehow, along the way... lost my memories?”

She kept telling herself, but she then realized, not unless her memories would be back, the truth will never come out.

As she walked into her room with Jungkook holding her hand, she couldn't help but stop in her tracks as his gaze stuck at her. He was worried because she had been acting strange ever since she had heard their stories. He didn't want to think bad about her, but something was not right by the way she behaved.

"Lisa, are you okay?"

Lisa nodded. Realizing that he might have caught in her expression. The last thing she wanted was for Jungkook to doubt her as well. She could not let go of him as now. He held I to his hand tightly and nodded saying,

“No... I am just processing whatever I heard a while ago.”

Jungkook looked at her as worry spread across his face as well. Remembering what Jennie, Jisoo and Yasmin talked about made him think that the bed of the world might be coming nearer than everyone thought. This made him frown and look at the helpless woman in front of him. She was blind, devoid of everything, plus she lost her memories. People like her was the most vulnerable when it comes to this, and he couldn't help but want to protect her at all cost.

"I will not allow you to get hurt."

He said nonchalantly that making Lisa survey the sound of his voice as if she was trying to look for him, although she only managed to look on his chin. However, his words surprised her and brought something igniting on her heart. She felt the heat travel on her face as her cheeks started burning up. Realizing what he just said, Jungkook started to cover his mouth with his other hands. Luckily, Lisa could not see his reactions right now. He, too, was tomato red from the embarrassing thing he just blurted out a while ago.

"Ah... I—I mean... I wouldn't let anyone come after you. I'll risk my life to protect you. Someone like you must be protected. You're too precious to be left alone..."
