I walked outside and Bri was talking to this guy while her 'girls' was just a laughing at they conversation, they stopped talking when i came over.

"You ready?" I asked her

"Yeah, let's go.. Bye y'all." She waved bye. I bumped into somebody and it was Marion.

"Wassup Mane. I ain't heard from ya ina grip, ya heard me?" I told him

"Right, Right but check this out... " he looked at Bri then back over at me and nodded for me to follow him.

"So what's poppin'?" I asked

"I got these dudes that want us to sell some rock for them. You wanna do it?" He asked

"Uhh, man. Since Mel died i promised i wouldn't do dat... I'm trying ta focus on music right na'." I said

"You not answering my question though. Is that a no? Find out what you wanna do and then come through later." He said and walked off.

I might just do this, i know i made a promise to myself and Mel but a nigga ain't gettin' no whea or money so i may as well. I have alot of thinking ta do.

"August. Come on, damn." Briana snapped snapping me out of my thoughts.

We drove to the mall again and she bought her some shirts and jewelry. I spent like $200 so now im officially broke. I think selling rocks about to come in handy.

I can't believe August. That nigga gonna choose a girl over his nigga. Me and Aug been boys since he moved down here in 9th grade. I was here looking out for him when his brother died, i always been here. Him and Briana started dating when we was sophmores she was cool at first i guess and then one day we was all chilling at Aug's house she tried to 'get with me' when he wasn't around. I haven't liked her since then. Besides that something just isn't right about that girl, to me. She is the first girl to come up and be 'inlove' with August out of nowhere.

I really hope August come and sells with me, but his bitch ass prolly fuck around and get killed, i don't think he will know what he doing he said he did it before but, how i know he ain't lying. He talking about some 'focus on music' what music? I've never heard him be musically involved in anything. I'm sure he can't rap so i'm hella sure he can't sing. But that's still my 'nigga'.

Man, today has been fun. After school me and India went to the gym to work out. We came back to my house ordered wings now we are watching 'Love Don't Cost A Thing.'

"Man, what people do for love." India laughed

"Right! Nick be really trying!" I said

"Well atleast they eventually got together, and all that." She said

"Yeah, I guess. The good girl that i am i don't see why i don't have a boyfriend... Maybe i should start being a hoe. All the hoes got boyfriends." I said

"No. You will not be a hoe."

"We already strippers bitch!" I said

"I don't care if we walked around all day butt booty ass naked all day, you not about to be a hoe." She snapped

"How you gonna tell me?" I asked laughing

"Cause I did. I'm too good of a friend to let you do that shit." She said, then we heard laughing.

I turned around to see chris.

"Well.. If she wants to be a hoe, let her be." He laughed and walked away

"Who in the hell was that?" India asked

"My stepdad.. Chris." I put my head down

"Where is your momma? I havent seen her in a while."

"I dont even know myself. I dont really see her anymore besides when i'm about to head out to go to ... Work."

"Oh, okay. That's crazy, but look me and you are about to go find a man alright?" She smirked

"Oh not tonight!" I laughed

"I know. . tomorrow we gonna hit up the club since it's friday and hopefully find us some niggas." She whisper, i laughed

This girl is too much.
