Chapter 137

"So as I was saying-"

I'm cut of by the drop of a body besides me. Startled, I jump on the bench before turning to Ginny who had loudly taken the seat besides me. It was breakfast and she seemed...upset but also angry

"Are you alright?" Luna worriedly asked. I smirked as Ginny went a little red in the cheeks

"I'm fine" She mumbled

"Ginny darling we've known you for five years now so spill" I sigh, raising my eyebrows at the girl but unfortunately received no answer in response

Moments later, Hermione joins us. A soft smile was on her face as she came over. She takes a seat besides Luna as she also looks at the glum red head

"What happened to you?"

"No-"

"She's refusing to tell us and it's really pissing me off" I huff before facing her again "So if you don't tell me now I will use my powers to check your memories and then paint them to stick on display"

"You would not" She gasped at my threat which was secretly not all the truth - only the first part being what I'd do

"Try me"

The girl glares at me before crossing her arms on the table and placing her head down. She stares as the details in the wood

"Me and Dean broke up" She finally mumbled after minutes of silence

"Perf-" I cut myself off as they all look at me confusingly "Sorry what I meant to say was...what a shame"

"He keeps trying to help me through the portrait as if I'm not physically able to step through" She began to vent. I raised my eyebrows which the others did to

"Are you being serious?" Hermione questioned as if this was stupid

"No she's being Ginny" I joke but get disapproving looks from them all, making me sigh. Under my breath I just mumbled to myself "This is why I only try to joke around with Sirius"

"It's not just that, it's certain things he does" She continues ranting "He makes me feel less capable of doing things. Like bloody hell, I'm on the quidditch team. If I can ride a broom and block bludgers and others players, then I'm sure I know how to walk down the corridor and open the door

"I wonder why he does that" Luna pondered "Your much capable of looking after yourself"

I just look at her, biting my bottom lip as I see both her and Ginny fluster slightly. The two of them going red in the cheeks as I just have to let out a soft chuckle

"Ah young lo-" Before I could even finish Ginny slapped her hand over my mouth. I huffed before poking my tongue against her hand. Instantly she pulls it off and looks disgustingly at me

"Eww what the hell was that?!" She exclaimed, looking at her hand

"My tongue" I grinned but then shriek when she wiped her hand down my robe. I look up to see my grin now on her face as she looked at me "Bitch"

"The one and only" She grinned before standing up "I'm going Herbology, I'll see you two later"

"Bye" We all call as she leaves the table. I slowly shift my head to look at Luna. A mischievous grin playing on my lips

"So..." I begin, looking directly at Luna and into her eyes

"What?"

"Tell me what all that blushing was on about?" I questioned watching as the girl went redder "Remember I know Luna so don't you hide it from me"

"What's going on?" Hermione questioned

"I am no longer a Hogwarts student" I proclaim "I have now gotten a job at being Cupid"
