"Mina, aren't you hungry?"

Mina was taken aback after hearing her Mom's voice.
They were having dinner but her mind is somewhere else

"When will Chaeyoung return?" Mina asked

Instead of answering her Mom's question, Mina replied with a question.

"Chaeyoung's with Kai... They called earlier" Her stepdad replied

"Did Chaeyoung say anything about her Mom?" Mina hesitantly asked

Her Mom and stepdad exchanged meaningful glances.

Her stepdad shook his head "No, why?"

"S-she" Mina sighed and shrug it off "Nothing... Maybe Chaeyoung's with her, that's why she hasn't come home yet"

Mina was about to tell them the story that Momo told earlier but she remembers that Chaeyoung's keeping it to them, which made her respect the latter's decision... She will wait for Chaeyoung to tell them.

Not long after and they heard the sound of the door, Chaeyoung came all of a sudden.

"Chaeyoung- ah" Mr. Son greeted with a smile

"Chaeyoung have you eaten?" Mrs. Son asked

"I'm already done Mom" Chaeyoung replied

"Why don't you join us, your Mom made a dessert" Her Dad called

Chaeyoung nodded and sat on her usual place, which is beside Mina.

Mina was smiling since the latter came, she was happy for seeing Chaeyoung again.
Their dinner gone well, they even talked about Mina's cancelled wedding.

Chaeyoung was curious about it but never tried to ask.

After dinner, Chaeyoung excuse herself because she's tired. She went to her room and take a quick bath before staying on her bed.

She was about to lay with her back when her phone received a message. Chaeyoung quickly read it.

From Yeri;

Chaeyoungie 🥰

Chaeyoung chuckles and type a reply.

To Yeri;

Ye? ☺️

From Yeri;

Are you busy? 🥺

To Yeri;

Not really, why?

From Yeri;

Nothing...
I just wanna talk...

Chaeyoung was about to type her reply when she heard a voice, outside her room.

"Chaeyoung" Mina called as she open the door of the latter's room

Chaeyoung was busy with her phone while sitting on her bed when Mina came, she then put her phone away and face the latter "Milk" she chuckles upon seeing the glass of milk that Mina's holding

Mina went in and close the door behind her before walking to the bed and sat beside Chaeyoung "Here" she said, offering the glass of milk to the latter
