Chapter 1: Tuesday Morning

It was a calm Tuesday morning...

I was walking my way to Kyunggi High, the private high school I attend. My cousin always offers to give me a ride, but I always turn her down and choose not to because I love how calm and refreshing mornings are on my route to school, although it is a long walk. I have my earbuds in, I'm blasting off to "Martini Blue" by DPR Live when I hear yelling behind me. I'm close to school now, so close I can see it ahead of me, so somehow, I wasn't at all confused. I took one earbud off and turn around.

"You are EVIL, Ahn Eun-Hana" states Lee Chae-Young, my best friend since middle school, someone I hold very dearest.

"I've been chasing you down six blocks!" Chaeyoung said out of breath aside me bent down, inhaling as much air as possible.

"Geez, you should have called me!" I said with a smile on my face.

"Dang, I should have called you, oh well, whatever, let's head in before we miss first period" Chaeyoung said as she walked in ahead of me, pulling me by my right hand.
