Fuck.

She looked so hot. Even though her hair was a mess and she seemed to be struggling big time with making a cup of tea. I'd never seen her hungover before. And I guessed this was why.

'Here.' I took the kettle from her hands, to avoid burning herself. She laughed sourly and then groaned. 'Why don't you go back to bed for a bit?' I suggested.

'Cos I need to get you checked into the hotel, then there's four tv and radio shows to do before this afternoon.'

'Yeah that might be a long one for you today.'

'I know.' She growled. I handed her the cup of hot liquid, weary about her ability to carry it upstairs but I didn't want to totally baby her. She'd always made that clear.

I followed her with my eyes up the stairs. Why was I thinking stupid things? Last night had changed so much. We'd agreed to be friends. And that's where it should've stopped. One day I would need to bring up the divorce topic. So why was I trying my hardest not to think about kissing her?
