They say you live longer if you're happy.
Stress can take a decade off your life;
Laughter can add up to five years,
And exercise is good for the soul.
But there's an old forgotten proverb
Once told by mystics in the Himalayas:
The surest
fountain of youth
is love
sustained.
They say love can keep you happy,
Relieve the stress that weighs you down,
Spread contentment in your heart around.
They say love can make your heart race
Like it's training for a marathon,
So maybe the mystics mastered the truth
That love is life's paramount paragon.
