If you will have me
with all my flaws,
With all my inadequacies,
and all my faults,
With all my defects
and blemishes
and failing pitfalls.
With my weaknesses
for you and for myself
And my obsessions
of you and of myself.
With my deficiencies
of spirit and faith.
With all my imperfections
and improprieties,
My indiscrete infractions
and my peccadilloes.
My exigencies and urgencies
and all my vicissitudes.
If you will have me
with all these things,
If you will have me,
then I am yours.
