1 what inspired the idea of your story?

 A year ago I was writing down ideas for short stories when this one came to mind. I knew immediately that I wanted it to become a book. Every time I tried to go to bed, more dialogue would pop into my head! 

2 what is something you struggled constructing with your story?

 I struggled with the different aspects of each point of view. I also didn't know how I wanted to end the story. 

3 what did you enjoy writing most of your story?

The letters in my book came to me so quickly, it is my favorite part of the book. I connect with Lainey on a personal level. 

4 what's the overall response of your story from your readers?

I'd like the readers to feel the feelings of each character on a deeper level. Feel their pain and connect with themselves. 

5 is your story a stand alone novel or a piece of a series ?

6 what would you like your readers to take away from your story?

Though life throws us obstacles in life, there's always a silver lining. You can make it through anything with the right strength and mindset.

 

7 what advice would you provide to fellow writers, when it comes to focusing on their own story?

Pay attention to detail. Grammar is something I'm always looking for in a story, that's what makes it great. The center of details really captivate me in a book, it's always good to have your readers imagining it. 

8 does your main character share any similarities to yourself?

Yes. She is not based on me or my life but we share similarities. 

9 what is something about your story you believe would draw in new readers?

 The story line and love between Lainey and King. It's one of those epic loves. 

10 do you have any future projects?

 Yes! I am working on a series. It might be a side project or it could flourish into an actual book. Right now, it is for fun.
