1 what inspired the idea of your story?

i started this book because i was interested in diving into the world of teen fiction. i obviously know there's a ton of teen fiction books out there that i can read and all but i wanted something and i just wasn't getting it, i guess and so i said to myself 'rather than wait on someone to write your heart's interest, why not do it yourself?' which is what i did

2 what is something you struggled constructing with your story?

i am a very impulsive person and i tend to act before i think and that is my major challenge constructing the plot line. i mean i know how i want the book to end and all, along with some details but the build up is something i am building up as i go. sometimes i love it, sometimes i don't. but that's one of the great things about writing isn't it? you get to learn from your mistakes and i really hope i can develop as a writer from this

3 what did you enjoy writing most of your story?

surprisingly, i enjoyed, still enjoy as it's ongoing, writing about ola. i have some fears about her character though because i have a certain way i need her to be like in my head but i feel like im straying a little off that part.

4 what's the overall response of your story from your readers?

my readers base isn't really much, mostly my friends but the review i've gotten from them are positive. im hoping to find an editor soon but until then, i would make do. i have to say im a little hyped up now

5 is your story a stand alone novel or a piece of a series ?

a stand alone. i would want to explore a particular character once im done with it but it can be read as a stand alone

6 what would you like your readers to take away from your story?

it's an overrated moral yet one that is neglected so easily. it is in the nature of human to judge a person and instinctively create a persona for said person before getting to know them and i hope by reading my book, i would be able to educate people more on that issue

7 what advice would you provide to fellow writers, when it comes to focusing on their own story?

hey, just do what i do and listen to your carefully constructed playlist and watch a heavenly inspiration hit you. im kidding, you should have a lot of patience when writing. books are like kids, they have to be carefully nurtured until they're fit to survive

8 does your main character share any similarities to yourself?

a little secret for my readers, yes. my main character and i are both impulsive. in terms of retaliation though, not so much. we both like to 'compile' situations until it becomes too much to handle my mom is big on rules, as her parents are

9 what is something about your story you believe would draw in new readers?

my random plot twists

10 Do you have any future projects?

as a matter of fact, yes i do. two, in fact. both are a whole lot different than my current story and im pretty excited, even more than i am about this
