Hi I am Annie

I go by the name of @AnnieWorkaholic on Wattpad

Here on Wattpad I have two books that are complete and one work in progress

One is based on short stories based on writing prompts named PitterPatter

The other is poetry book by the name of Budding Ideas. Though it is complete but i may expand it in the future. 

1 what inspired the idea of your story?

What inspired me well ... nothing specific everything in general. You know the usual writer mindset. Sometimes a broken wing of a ladybug inspires and sometimes I look out the window and see a whole artistic painting style view of beautiful sunrise and I say Meh I need Coffee first

2 what is something you struggled constructing with your story?

The last poem about Motherhood is pretty much my own life struggle with 4 children in heaven all due to different circumstances. The original version on my writing journal is three pages long I had to make it short for this platform 

3 what did you enjoy writing most of your story? 

I enjoy the whole writing experience specially if I know someone somewhere is enjoying or finds comfort in it that's Mission Accomplished for me. Like the Prompts I wrote for my friends on FB. Their encouragement was fuel to my pen

4 what's the overall response of your story from your readers?

Overall, it's a good positive response so far

5 is your story a stand-alone novel or a piece of a series?

 Both books are stand alone and complete in their own though some expansions might be added in near future

6 what would you like your readers to take away from your story?

The joy of reading a good book and remembering it is a valuable treasure that the writer and the readers share among themselves. Thats what I want to give my readers Joy!

7 what advice would you provide to fellow writers, when it comes to focusing on their own story?

New writers! Write! A Lot! But first Read a Lot too.

8 does your main character share any similarities to yourself?

 I think a part of me is in everything I write but still I am a different person behind the pen.

9 what is something about your story you believe would draw in new readers?

I think Publicity can draw in new readers and if the work is of good quality, then it will spread on its own via friend recommendations 

10 do you have any future projects?

 Yes, I have one ongoing story here on Wattpad and I am planning to bring my cooking journal online too. Wish me luck :)
