1 what inspired the idea of your story?

I have always been a sucker for romances and happy endings and I guess after all the books I've read, I got inspired to create one of my own.

2 what is something you struggled constructing with your story?

The thing that I struggle with the most would be to keep it all together. You know, there are a lot of things you need to keep in mind when you're writing fiction, you need to make sure you're upright with all the details and setting so that there are no empty spaces in the story and that's the one thing I constantly keep reminding myself of.

3 what did you enjoy writing most of your story?

My story is a dual perspective and what I like to write the most is my main male character's POV. It's because he's a very twisted character and there are many layers to him that make him interesting. Whenever I start writing from his perspective, it's like I'm removing a layer that kind of gives me the satisfaction I'm looking for. Apart from that, I love writing emotional scenes.

4 what's the overall response of your story from your readers?

It has been pretty good. I've received quite a lot of praising comments as well as, those who provide me with adequate feedback. So, I'm happy with it but I hope I'll be able to reach out to more of the audience in the future.

5 is your story a stand alone novel or a piece of a series ?

Initially, it's going to be a standalone but I have a spin-off in mind if I ever decide to get back to it.

6 what would you like your readers to take away from your story?

I think I'll leave it to my readers to decide it for themselves. There are going to be plenty of elements they can choose from, it's upon them what they connect to the most.

7 what advice would you provide to fellow writers, when it comes to focusing on their own story?

I'd advise my fellow writers to never hesitate to express what they have in mind. You won't be right every time and I promise you that you'll make a lot of mistakes. At first, it might turn out bad but when you start writing your ideas down, you'll get to that point on your own. The key is to take your time and keep going.

8 does your main character share any similarities to yourself?

I think I am more like my male MC. I'm a very private person and I am work driven just like he is. And of course, I love my family beyond limits, just like both my main characters do.

9 what is something about your story you believe would draw in new readers?

I think it would be my characters and the plot. It might seem like a cliche at first but I can promise you it'll be nothing like it. I've been told that I'm good with descriptions and I'm holding onto that to make this book as perfect as I can.

10 do you have any future projects?

I actually have a lot of projects lined up in my mind but I probably won't get to them till I finish this baby. So, they won't be out for quite a while.
