1 what inspired the idea of your story?
The idea actually came to me one day while I was browsing Pinterest looking at tattoos. I've always had this story lingering in my thoughts, so I decided to write it while it was fresh in my mind.

2 what is something you struggled constructing with your story?

I struggled with trying to create the perfect characters for my story. I wanted everyone to love and understand them as I envisioned them. They may not always like my characters or their flaws, but that's okay too.

3 what did you enjoy writing most of your story?

Every read, vote, and comment. I love reading everyone's feedback.

4 what's the overall response of your story from your readers?

So far only positive responses. I have received some lovely messages from readers, it always brightens my day.

5 is your story a stand alone novel or a piece of a series ?

I plan on making it a series, there's so much to Aspen & Blaine's story.

6 what would you like your readers to take away from your story?

That love is not always a perfect fairytale.

7 what advice would you provide to fellow writers, when it comes to focusing on their own story?

I would suggest making a vision board and a playlist for your characters. It seems to help the creative process.

8 does your main character share any similarities to yourself?

Yes, she has little pieces of me scattered through her.

9 what is something about your story you believe would draw in new readers?

I try to make my characters and plots realistic so people can relate to the story. Plus, the adult theme seems to draw in some readers.

10 do you have any future projects?

Yes, I do. I've always been a big fantasy and horror reader and I would like to try my hand at some of those genres as well.
