Gojo's POV

I stared at my daughter's face as I lay her down properly in the hospital bed. When was the last time that I saw her like this? I can't stand seeing her so vulnerable. My heart is breaking.

I sat beside the bed and wipe her tears away.

"I'm sorry, I can't tell you the truth. Not yet," I whispered to her ears.

I stood up from my seat and went outside. Good thing everyone is still there, waiting.

"I need to go somewhere. Please take care of her. Don't let her out of your sight, okay? She might do something to herself," I said

They all nodded.

"If anything happens, please contact me immediately," I added and started walking away.

Y/N's POV

I am staring at the ceiling. I just woke up, processing what I found out a while ago. I started sobbing when I feel someone squeezed my hand lightly.

I look at my right side, and my eyes met a beautiful pair of violet eyes, almost the same shade as mine.

Toge-senpai looked at me with so much worry etched on his face.

I smiled weakly at him. As much as I want to thank him for not leaving my side, I can't seem to find my voice.

I continued crying when he suddenly embraced me tightly.

"You can always cry on my shoulder, Y/N."

It made me cry harder. Is it because he used his cursed speech on me? No, I don't think so. It made me cry even more because I felt the sincerity in his voice. I hugged him back. We stayed like that for a while, hugging each other, until I calmed down. I breathe deeply before unclasping my hands on his back.

"How many days did I sleep, Senpai?" I asked

He went back sitting on the chair before raised four fingers.

"Can you please call or message Nobara and Megumi for me?"

He nodded and started typing in his phone. After that, he held my hand again.

"Are you feeling much better now?" He asked.

I'm still surprised every time he will speak to me normally.

"Hmm, thank you, Senpai," I said while nodding.

A few minutes later, Nobara and Megumi peeked into the room.

Nobara immediately ran towards me and hugged me tightly.

"I'm glad the two of you are fine. I don't know what will happen to me if I lost all of you." I said as my tears are starting to fill my eyes again.

"Shhh. It's okay. We're okay. We're still here. We won't leave your side, I promise," Nobara said, trying to reassure me.

I looked at Megumi, who smiled at me sadly while nodding his head.

I want to hug him, but at the same time, I don't want to let go of the soft hands holding mine. I didn't know holding Inumaki-senpai's hand will calm me so much.
