"She's got it know, someone had to have told her," Tori said to the group, eyeing the other people who were in the Hog's Head. That morning they noticed a sign on the Gryffindor bulletin board.
BY ORDER OF THE HIGH INQUISITOR OF HOGWARTS
All student organizations, societies, teams, groups, and clubs are henceforth disbanded.
An organization, society, team, group, or club is hereby defined as a regular meeting of three or more students.
Permission to re-form may be sought from the High Inquisitor (Professor Umbridge).
No student organization, society, team, group, or club may exist without the knowledge and approval of the High Inquisitor. Any student found to have formed or to belong to, an organization, society, team, group, or club that has not been approved by the High Inquisitor will be expelled.

"But who could have done it?" Neville Longbottom asked nervously, looking around. Fred nearly pounded his fist on the table. "Whoever had done is it definitely going to great it when they're vomiting up everywhere..."
"There Harry, Ron, and Hermione!" Ginny pointed, and they all got up and descended upon them before they could take their seats.
"Did you see it?" Dean Thomas asked.
''D'you reckon she knows?" Tori glanced over at Umbridge's chair.
''What are we going to do?"
They were all looking at Harry. He glanced around to make sure there were no teachers near them.
"We're going to do it anyway, of course," He said quietly.
''Knew you'd say that," George said, beaming and thumping Harry on the arm.
''The prefects as well?" Fred questioned, looking quizzically at Ron and Hermione.
''Of course," Hermione replied coolly.
''Here come Ernie, Hazel Doe, and Hannah Abbott," said Ron, looking over his shoulder. "And those Ravenclaw blokes and Smith... and no one looks very spotty."
Hermione looked alarmed.
''Nevermind spots, the idiots can't come over here now, it'll look really suspicious — sit down!" She mouthed to Ernie, Hazel, and Hannah, gesturing frantically to them to rejoin the Hufflepuff table. "Later! We'll — talk — to — you — later!"
''I'll tell Michael," said Ginny impatiently, swinging herself off her bench, ''The fool, honestly..."
She hurried off towards the Ravenclaw table. Tori let out a sigh of relief but the full repercussions of the sign were not felt until they were leaving the Great Hall for Defense Against the Dark Arts.
''Tori! Fred! George!"
It was Angelina and she was hurrying towards them looking perfectly desperate.
''It's alright, they're still going to—" Tori began.
''You realize she's including Quidditch in this?" Angelina said, she looked on the verge of tears. "We have to go and ask permission to re-form the Gryffindor team!"
''What?" Tori demanded. She could feel the anger rising inside of her like a broom being lifted off the ground.
''No way," Fred said, appalled.
''You read the sign, it mentions teams too! I've already talked to Harry about his temper..."
"Alright, I'll keep mine in check too," Tori said grimly. Angelina sighed. "Please, or she might not let us play anymore!"
"Alright. Alright. I will."
That was easier said than done.
Umbridge must have known Tori was trying to be on her best behavior because she was doing nearly everything that would usually make Tori explode.
Tori didn't open her mouth almost the entire class, even when Umbridge was asking questions for the class to know. They were reading through the next chapter when Lee asked her what page they were on.
"Seventy-Three..."
"Detention, Miss Silvers. My office. Tonight at five pm. I've had quite enough of your talking in class."
Tori looked at her bewildered. She hadn't opened her mouth once in this class!
"Professor it was my fault, I asked her—" Lee began but was quickly cut off. "Quiet, Mr. Jordan."
Lee, however, did not want to be quiet. He stood up instead and dropped all of his books on the floor. "Fine. Detention, Mr. Jordan."
Lee nodded as if to say that's fair and sat back down. Tori was the first to leave the classroom once the bell had rung.
"It's not fair she gets a detention because of me! If anything, me and Tori will have matching marks." Lee joked, nudging her.
"It's not something to joke about." Angelina snapped at him, narrowing her eyes. Even Fred and George had to agree.
"It's messed up. She absolutely mental." Fred muttered, balling his fists as they made their way towards Herbology.
"The whole world has gone mental at this point." Tori sighed.

Professor Umbridge's office was filled with... well pink. It made Tori almost want to hate the color itself. There were tiny plates all lined up on the wall behind her desk with cats all on them. Tori and Lee both glanced at each other before Umbridge got up from her desk.
"Do you know why you're in here Miss Silvers?" She asked in a rather chipper voice that made Tori want to vomit.
"I was helping someone in class?"
"You were talking in my class. And you know, I don't allow that."
"Yes, Professor."
"And you, Mr. Jordan?"
"I was asking her a question in class and when you refused to give the detention to me I caused a scene by dropping my books all over the floor? Would you say that was accurate Tori?"
"Yeah basically."
Umbridge let out an odd giggle before gesturing to a chair and a desk. On the desk were two quills and some parchment. Tori and Lee both glanced at each other before taking a seat.
It was now known about Umbridge's new punishment method. Tori could tell Lee almost had some regret. Almost. They sat across from each other, holding up the quill.
"You will both be writing lines for me. Miss Silvers, you will write I must not talk in class. Mr. Jordan, you will write I must not disturb the class."
"How many times?" Tori asked her. She felt her stomach quench when Umbridge smiled.
"Until it sinks in."
