"______!" a four-year-old Irish boy ran up to you. "Let's go find a clover together today!"
"But we've been searching for ages, Liam!"
"C'mon now, feek! I really want to find one!" he begged.
"But why? Why is four-leafed clover so special?" you asked, earning a flick on your forehead as a response. "Ow! Hey!"
"Have you lost your mind?! The clover is more than special. It's class! Not a gammy!" he chided. "Listen close! The clover has four meaning. Faith, hope, love and luck. If I find it, I will win a girl's heart and she will love me!" Liam grinned, a tint of pink went up his cheeks. "You, as my best friend, must find it for me!"
"A girl?" you repeated, rubbing your head. "We're still too young to love, Liam,"
He shrugged. "Is there a law that says 'children must not love'?" he walked passed you, and you swear you felt a bit disappointed that he held no feelings for you instead.

-15 years later-
"You give up?"
"Aye, what's the use of that four leafed clover anyways," he muttered.
"Oh really? Because I found one," you snickered, holding the clover. His jaw dropped slightly and he jumped out of bed, stumbling as he stood in front of you.
"You...how? I..." he stared at the clover. "You found it!"
"Such a jammy, am I?" you bragged, earning a grunt from the Irish. 'So it'll grant my wish right? Liam will like me instead of whoever that chick he mentioned that he like,' you thought in your head as you stared at the clover, smiling.
You were aware of Liam's silent replies, so you stared at him, only to find him grinning. "Do I...have something on my face?"
"You do realize you said that out loud, don't you, feek?"
You cocked an eyebrow and a few seconds after that, it dawned on you. "Oh...oh no, no, no," you shook your head, abashed. Heat rose up to your cheeks. You said that out loud instead of thinking in your mind. "I didn't.."
"That chick I mentioned is actually you, you flute," he chuckled, ruffling your hair, earning a glare.
"Guess we can share this clover," he took it from your fingers, kissing it before putting it on your lips. "That act was bollocks, and it looks like I'm a gimp, but kissing is not my thing," he shrugged.
"You're a blunt gimp," you shook your head, smashing your lips into his, wrapping your arms around his neck. He was stupefied for his dear life but ended up returning the kiss, his arms snaking around your waist.
"She made the move first! Pay up, Dylan! Ye lost the bet!" a voice behind you snicker.
"Damn it! But it's always men who kiss women first!" Dylan sighed, glaring at Allistor. "At least I still caught it on video-" a pillow hit his face.
"You were not suppose to do that, bleedin gimps!" Liam yelled, chasing the two. Allistor snickered.
"Shame on ye, Liam!"
