Alex's Pov:
So it's been 2 weeks since I came back to Miami I started school again and today I am going to start working again, it has also been 2 week that Demi has been ignoring me and I honestly don't know why I have been trying to call her I text her, face time her I even called Max but no one answered I don't know why she is ignoring me, school is great I'm back in training for soccer our first game is next Friday a week from today there hasn't been much of a change other than Demi avoiding me oh wait no I take that back so um the other day when I went to go pick up the stuff at the warehouse to sell Wilmer did something that I am happy and never thought her would do...
Flashback:
So I was on my way to go and pick up the stuff I seriously hate doing all this and I have to do it all by myself because I told Wilmer to leave Austin out of this and he surprisingly has backed off maybe he is not as evil as I thought he was... eh what am I talking about of course he is still evil speaking of Austin ever since that day of the concert he hasn't talked to me he is still pissed off at the fact that I got him out of something that could ruin his career yeah I'm pissed off at him too he is being selfish I am risking my life here for him but according to him I am a really bad friend, I finally arrived to the warehouse and I walk in and see Wilmer and his men he sees me and says "Alex what are you doing here?" I make a confused face and say "what do you mean what am I doing here? I came to pick up the stuff" he says "did you not get the message I sent you?" I say "no I didn't what's up?" he says "you are not going to be working for me anymore" I am so confused what is he talking about I don't know if I should believe him or not? Ha he is probably just joking around or something I say "um I'm a little confused over here what are you talking about?" he says "you will no longer be working for me ever I am letting you off the hook meaning you do not have to sell drugs anymore"
I chuckle still not believing him "you are just messing with me aren't you? come on Wilmer just give me the stuff I have to leave and get to practice" he chuckles "Alex I am being serious you do not have to sell drugs for me think of it as I am firing you or something but you are like I said off the hook" I look at him in disbelief is he actually being serious there has to be some sort of catch something that explains the reason why he is supposedly firing me so I say "ok what's the catch here? Why are you letting me off the hook so easily?" he says "there is no catch here Alex I am giving you a free card" I want to believe him but at the same time I don't know if I should believe him come on it's Wilmer Valderrama the sneakiest rat of all there has to be a reason why he is supposedly letting me go so easily but I am not going to question anymore or at least question him so I say "ok then well since you say I am free then I am out of here" he says "very well then it was nice working with you and doing business" I roll my eyes but then it hits me he is going to report me and tell everyone I say "wait a minute you are going to tell everyone that I was working for aren't you?" he chuckles "alright ok you caught me yes I am" my eyes widen fuck I am screwed he says "I am joking around Alex no I am not going to tell anyone this is only to stay between you and I ok" I look at him again still not sure if I believe him he says "I promise Alex I swear on my child that I am not messing with you".
What Wilmer Valderrama has a child whoa he was actually able to get one of his sluts pregnant sucks for the kid I would hate to be Wilmer's kid I chuckle and say "you have a kid?" "yes I do surprisingly your age" I chuckle "wow poor kid it must suck to have a father that is such a dick" he laughs "yeah it sure must suck but hey I couldn't help it their mother was just too easy to get in her pants and either way I mean the kid was a mistake" I roll my eyes "wow you really are a dick I don't know who I feel bad for your kid or you" he smirks at me "whatever now get out of here before I change my mind and have you killed right here on the spot" I roll my eyes and he says "oh and tell Dem to stop thinking about me while you two have sex I know she misses me" I laugh "in your dreams Wilmer wait no not even in your dreams" and with that I walk out.
End of Flashback
So yeah ever since that day Wilmer hasn't contacted me or anything I couldn't believe that he actually let me off the hook and he kept his promise about not telling anyone about what I had been doing which is a good thing, I of course haven't told Austin that Wilmer let me off the hook my pride is too big to go and talk to him, Jake well I haven't seen him for about a week he is most likely still working for Wilmer now I only have one problem which is that I need to talk to Demi I need to find out why she has been ignoring me for the past 2 weeks I think I am going to book a flight to LA this weekend I need to see her and ask her what the hell is going on.
Right now I just got out of class and I am on my way to work I don't have a car so I am skateboarding over there I have my earphones and just continues skateboarding through Miami when I out of nowhere bump into someone and land on top of them I say "oh my god I am so sorry" she says "it's ok don't worry it was my fault for not paying attention" that's when I look at this girl and realize that I had bumped into this beautiful girl with big brown eyes, I get up and help her up and say "I'm sorry are you ok?" she smiles "yeah I'm fine what about you?" I smile "I'm good too" she chuckles and says "hi I'm Lisa Cimorelli" I say "it's nice to meet you Lisa I am Alex Jauregui" she smiles "it's nice to meet you too Alex" I smile and she says "where are you headed to Alex?" "um I'm actually on my way to work" and she says "really me too where do you work at?" "oh I work at Olive Garden" she says "oh my god really? Me too is it the one by the beach?" "yeah it is wait do you work there too?" she smiles "yeah I do what a coincidence that we work in the same place" I chuckle "yeah it is" she smiles "do you want to walk together?" I smile "yeah sure why not" I pick up my skateboard and we start walking she says "so did you just start working at Olive Garden?" "um no not really I have been working there for 5 years" she looks at me with an impressed face and says "really I haven't seen you around I mean I just started working there 2 months ago" "oh yeah I was on vacation I wasn't here I was in LA" she says "oh ok I see that's pretty cool" I smile and we finally arrive to the restaurant.
Next thing you know I see that Demi was calling me seriously she chooses to call me right now 10 minutes before I am going to start working I look at Lisa and say "um you can go ahead I need to answer this" she smiles at me "ok see you inside" I smile "ok then" I answer and say "hello" I hear that beautiful voice that has been ignoring me for the past 2 weeks and says "hey Alex" I say "you finally decide to return my calls" she sighs and says "I am really, really sorry Alex" "what the hell happened Demi? You avoid me for 2 whole week and call me out of nowhere" "Alex please let me explain" I say "well you have 10 minutes to explain because I am about to start working" she says "10 minutes is not enough time to explain" I say "fine call me on my break around 7:00pm" "ok I will and Alex I love you" I smile and say "I love you too beautiful" we click, what I can't help it I really do love Demi I know that there has to be a reason why she ignored me for two weeks and I may be mad at her for that but I really love her I walk inside and I check in and change to my dress up clothes.
I begin to work and well Lisa was also a waitress and I must say she was really beautiful she really is but I mean I am not going to cheat on Demi no way never I love Demi and I promised her that I would never cheat on her, the restaurant was really busy today the good thing is that I am about to start my break and I am going to finally have my questions answered to why Demi has been ignoring me, so I am getting my lunch to go on break and Lisa comes and says "hey Alex do you want to have lunch together?" I say "I would really love to do that Lisa, but I'm actually waiting for a call and so we wouldn't really be able to talk" she smiles and says "it's ok don't worry I understand" I give her a small smile I really would eat lunch with her but I needed to talk to Demi "I'm really sorry Lisa" she says "it's ok really don't worry about it" and with that she walks away and I go outside and sit down in one of the lunch benches and start eating my lunch while I am waiting for Demi's call but she never called, texted me or anything I sigh and someone says "either that was a really fast conversation or you really don't want to have lunch with me" I smile hearing that voice and I turn around and see I Lisa smiling at me, I smile and rub the back of my neck slightly embarrassed so I say "we can have lunch now since she's not going to call me" she smiles and sits in front of me and says "oh so it's a she?" I chuckle "yeah my girlfriend lives in LA and she has been avoiding me for 2 whole weeks then she calls me today before work and tells me she wants to explain so I tell her to call me during my break but of course as you can see she didn't call" she frowns "I'm really sorry Alex" I sigh "it's ok don't worry about it, but enough about me and my complicated love life" she chuckles and says "I'm sure she has a good reason for not calling you" I smile and say "yeah I believe that too" and she gives me a soft smile.
Lisa looks at me with her big beautiful brown eyes and says "so how far do you live from here?" I squint my eyes thinking about the time and say "um maybe about 30 minutes away from here" her eyes widen and says "really? And you came on your skateboard?" I chuckle "yeah I did" she says impressed "that's really far you know?" I smile "yeah I know but I'm used to it, I work out a lot" she says "are you an athlete?" "yeah I play soccer" "oh that's pretty cool" I smile and ask her "how about you do you live far from here?" she says "not really maybe like 15 minutes away" I say "oh that's pretty close so I am assuming that you and your family love the beach?" she says "yes we do we just moved here maybe about 3 months ago" I say "really? Wow so you are a newbie to Miami" she punches my arm playfully and says "yes but that doesn't mean you have to tease me about it" I chuckle and say "sorry I just had to, so um where did you come from?" she says "my family and I moved from Malibu, California" I say "oh that's pretty cool so you were from the west coast" she says "yeah I was and now I am from the east coast" I chuckle and say "how old are you Lisa?" she says "19 and you?" I frown dammit she is older than me she is going to tease me about it now I say "um 18, so your done with high school" she smirks at me and I say "ok let it out" she says "looks like you are the baby and I am your mother" I chuckle "well at least I am a cute baby" she laughs and says "yes very adorable" and she pinches my cheeks.
I chuckle and she says "but yeah I am done with high school even though I was homeschooled" "oh that's cool though how was that?" "it's pretty cool actually because I was able to go to school in pajamas every day" we laugh and I say "I would love to show up in my pajamas to school every day" she smiles and says "so who are you in school?" I say "what do you mean?" she says "well are you a jock, popular, loner, nerd, or bully?" I smile and rub the back of my neck "I'm a bully" she backs away and looks at me surprised and says "really?" I chuckle "no I'm kidding I am not a Bully, umm I don't know what would you classify me as" she sighs of relief and says "oh ok I am glad you are not a bully" I chuckle and she continues "but from what you told me you sound like a jock that is pretty popular" I raise an eyebrow and she immediately says "but of course you are not a normal jock you are a nice jock that's popular and defends those who are bullied" I smile "you got the second part right but I'm not so sure about the first part".
She says "why not?" "because to the school I am known as a jock that is a player and is mean even though I don't bully anyone well except the bullies that bully others" she says "really well that's shocking" I frown and give her a small smile and say "yeah but that's who I was 3 months ago" she says "so if that was you 3 months ago then who are you now?" I say "I am just Alex Jauregui the soccer player that helps those who are bullied and who hopes to work in the music industry one day" she smiles and says "well it's nice to meet that Alex and not the other Alex" I smile and she says "your girlfriend is really lucky to have you, you know" I smile and say "thanks" she smiles at me and says "now come on our break is over" I sigh "ok let's go" and we get back to work.
Lisa's Pov:
Alex is really, really cute but of course I am not going to try anything because Alex has a girlfriend who I can she loves very much, they are just going through I rough patch but I know that there love is real and I also know that no matter what happens between them or whatever comes between their relationship they will still always end up together because I can see it in Alex's eyes she will do anything to for this girl that she really loves. I know that I barely know Alex but I can tell that we are going to be really great friends and who knows maybe even become best friends.
Alex's Pov:
Tonight is really, really busy it was around 10:00pm and well tonight was the night that I was going to be closing the restaurant so I was picking up stuff Lisa had finished her shift already so she went home. Hey guys so here is Chapter 59 I hope that you guys like it I tried to write it a little bit longer for you guys since I have been lagging it I have just been busy with Christmas shopping, well I'm not doing the shopping my brother is I just accompany him and help him pick out presents lol but anyways I am going to try my very best to update for the next couple of days since Christmas is almost here which I am really looking forward to.
