"I'm not going." Anna said stubbornly.
"Well you have too because nobody will be in the house so get dressed or suffer your own pain." Luke told her.
"Eleanor talk to him!" Anna demanded.
"Anna! That's disrespectful." Luke scold.
"Oh please. She's not my aunt. She's simply a babysitter." She rolled her eyes.
"We're leaving in five minutes and when I lock the doors I will lock you out." Eleanor said as she got Flynn's baby carrier and strapping it onto herself.
"Ugh!" Anna screeched. "I can't believe your making me go hiking!" She said as she marched upstairs.
"You better." Luke grinned.
The both of them watched her march upstairs before hearing the door slam. They both let out a low laugh.
"You were right. It is funny seeing her freak out about the little things." Eleanor chuckled.
"Mhm." Luke nodded. "And I can't believe she thinks were going hiking in this weather." He gestured to the windy outdoors.
"Yeah quad-biking is actually a good idea." Eleanor smiled at him as she unstrabbed the baby carrier.
"I can't believe you strapped that on." Luke laughed.
"Hey." She shrugged walking towards the door. "I had to make it believe able."
She opened the door and Rose stepped in along with Danielle at her side. Eleanor smiled at them as they entered before shutting the door behind them.
"Hello Rose." Luke smiled at her.
"Hi Luke nice to see you again. How's your witch of a sister?" She shot him a teasing smile.
"Still the same." He shrugged.
"And little Flynn?"
"Cute as ever." Luke picked up his brother.
Eleanor drew her eyes away from them and faced Danielle who stood besides her. "I'm glad you could come."
"Me too." Danielle smiled. "I used to go quad-biking with my family every Sunday after lunch but soon the tradition faded as if it never existed." She sighed. "So I'm so excited to go." She beamed.
"Then I'm much happier that I invited you to come along."
Once they had all gathered everything they needed and told Anna to go back change since she wore heels for some odd reason they were on their way to Roman's training centre. It's where he's men would train using weapons or learn new self defense mechanisms. Eleanor picked it because he had an inter field for biking and quad biking. She had also picked it because Roman practically force her too.
She knew Roman meant well because it was away from people and all but she would've loved to meet new people. So when she had mentioned it to Roman he totally went against it and claimed that is the exact reason why she should use his training centre. 'You already know way too many people and they are more than enough.' She remembered him say before kissing her goodbye.
"I thought we were going hiking." Anna said as she stepped out the car.
"No." Luke laughed a little. "We just said that to see your reaction."
Anna glared at them as they began to walk inside. Eleanor held Flynn's hand as they walked inside. He bounced up and down as he giggled and babbled.
She entered the pin code before the door to Roman's office opened allowing her inside. She sat behind his desk and open the last drawer with a key he had given her. She opened it and retrieved the flash drive along with the documents under the flash drive.
As she were about to close the drawer she noticed two pictures. She picked them up and looked at the first. She smiled as she noticed it was of her and Roman then the other was of Roman and Gabriel when they were younger.
As she were about to place the pictures away she noticed a file with her last name on it.
"E.Elmz ." She whispered to herself.
"Elley!" Flynn scream besides her.
"Wait hold on sweetheart." She told him before grabbing the file.
She opened the file and began skimming through it.
"I Lohan Michael offer my step daughter Eleanor Elmz in exchange of my debt to-"
Before she could finish she heard a beeping go off. She looked away from the file reluctantly and looked for where the beeping came from. It came from the painting on the wall making her eyes squint.
She stood up and went to take a look. The eyes of the painting kept flashing a red colour. She touched around the frame of the painting until she found the button and pressed it. The painting shifted back slightly and moved up into the wall. She looked at the security cameras. She noticed the top right corner one where she spotted a few men with bikes outside the fence and one cutting the fence with a bolt cutter.
Eleanor grabbed the file and Flynn before rushing towards everyone else. Danielle noticed her distressed look as she came into the room.
"Elley is everything ok?" Danielle asked her.
Eleanor simply handed Flynn to Rose before typing in the password at the locked door. Once the door unlocks it revealed an intire room full of weapons.
"We need to leave right now." Eleanor said as she grabbed a backpack and started filling it with many other weapons.
Once it was full she handed one to Danielle and began to fill the next. Once every one of them were full she grabbed keys from the key rack.
"What's going on?" Anna asked standing up.
"Danielle will go with Anna." She said before handing her the key. Danielle nodded and headed towards the garage. "Rose I need you to take Flynn and use the tunnel."
Rose nodded before taking the gun that Eleanor held out for her. She watched Rose open the door to the secret tunnels behind the large mirror. Once it was closed Eleanor guestered for Luke to follow her.
Luke followed her down to the garage where Anna was situated on the quad-bike behind Danielle. They heard a crash like noise followed by footsteps coming from upstairs.
"Get on." Eleanor rushed Luke. "You know how to ride one right?" She asked handing him the helmet.
Luke nodded before swinging his leg over and starting up the bike. Eleanor got onto the matt olive green Dugatti U.S Army. Once she was on she started it and gestured for them to leave first. Eleanor followed behind everyone into the woods.
The roaring of other engines were heard behind her making her look back slightly. She noticed Daniel leading the other bikers. He pointed the gun towards her making her dig into the side of the backpack quickly and grab a hand grenade. She pulled the pin with her teeth and threw it behind her as the first shot was fired.
Under ground Rose ran in the tunnel holding Flynn in her arms with a blanket wrapped around him. Reaching the cross intersection she quickly took the telephone on the wall and called Roman's phone.
She let it ring only for it to go to voicemail. She huffed in annoyance before calling Gabriel. By the second ring he had picked up.
"Gabriel the train centre is under attack and we're making our way to the beach house." She spoke not allowing him to speak first.
"Rose?" He asked.
"Just tell Roman the training centre is under attack and we're making our way to the beach house." She said.
"Rosie someone's coming." Flynn said.
"Hold onto me real tight, ok?" She told him. "And close your eyes." She added.
Flynn did as told before Rose took out the gun. "Just tell Roman." She said into the phone before hanging up and running in the passage way that led to the beach house.
She held the gun tightly in her grasp ready to pull the trigger and had Flynn against her body with the other hand as she continued down the barely lit passage way.
She could make out at least 2 to 3 pairs of feet behind her. Once she noticed a slight crack she slipped inside and waited for them to come running by. As the last man ran past she slipped out and shot all three of them, catching them by surprise.
Taking their guns she emptied them and kept one of them before running once more.
Who knew a maid like Rose could be so badašs?
