Rydel's POV
After I ran indoors, away from Ratliff, I started making breakfast. I heard the door open and moments later Riker walked in.
I made Riker, Mark and I some breakfast and we spoke.
"Seeing Ratliff again made me wanna jump into his arms, but he cheated on me... I can't ever forget that!"-Rydel
"I know he broke your heart, I so wanna go beat him up for doing that but then he will find out I've seen you..."-Riker
I chuckle and Mark finishes his pancakes. I pick his plate up and take it to the sink.
"I mean... I need to tell Ell at some point that he has a kid!"-Rydel
"I guess so... its kinda funny because Ratliff thought Ryland was your boyfriend! All of us had to keep straight faces... he almost said Rydel aswell"-Riker !
"Riker... I miss him like crazy!"-Rydel
"I know...I don't think you can tell him yet though... I mean, he's only just came back from his moms."-Riker
"I know... and what am I supposed to say to him? 'Oh Hey Ratliff... remember me? We was in a band together and I'm your ex! Congratulations Your a father?' I can't say that to him!"-Rydel
"I know it must be hard...but just think, you have your family around you and an amazing son!"-Riker
"I guess your right..."-Rydel
"I'm always right! I'm your big brother!"-Riker
I hug him and he hugs me back.
"Wanna go to the beach?"-Riker
"Sure...can you just watch Mark while I go and get ready?"-Rydel
"Sure...C'mon little man!"-Riker
He picks Mark up and takes him into the living room while I go and get ready. Riker turns on 'Peppa Pig' and begins watching it.
I go upstairs and get out my favourite bikini. I then grab a sundress and my favourite heart shaped sunglasses. I give myself a look over and approve.
When I go downstairs I see Riker deep into watching 'Peppa Pig'. I laugh at his childless and walk over to him.
"C'mon Riker, We Gotta Go!"-Rydel
"Hold On, I just gotta see if Mommy Pig finds Daddy Pigs Glasses!"-Riker
"Wow... you are officially 'King Of The Doofs!"-Rydel
I grab a cushion and hit him round the head with it. Mark Laughs and I start giggling too.
"HEY!"-Riker
Riker starts to laugh too and soon enough we finish. He turns 'Peppa Pig' off and we go to leave. I hop into the car and Riker straps Mark into his car seat. Riker hops into the passenger seat and I drive off.
When we get to the beach Riker grabs Mark and we go to the water. We really enjoy ourselves. We leave the beach after a couple hours and go to grab dinner. We drive to McDonald's and order.
I go to pay and Riker stops me. I thank him and we eat. After we are done eating it's starts getting late so we leave. Riker straps Mark into his car seat and we go home. When I pull up onto my drive, I glance back and see that Mark has fallen asleep. Riker carries him in while I unlock the door. Riker carries Mark upstairs and places him in his bed. He kisses his forehead then comes downstairs again.
"Before you go... wanna record a song?"-Rydel
"Sure... what about everybody talks, we haven't done that one in ages!"- Riker
"Awesome!"-Rydel
We go down to the recording studio and we start singing.

Riker then left and I stayed up. I heard knocking on the door half an hour later so I answered it.
It was the one and only... Ellington Lee Ratliff
"Hey..."-Rydel
"Hey Mary... Can We Talk?"-Ratliff
My heart starts beating really fast.
"Y-Yeah... sure, come in!"-Rydel
I let him in and he walks through.
I quickly flip the pictures of my family and I when I had blonde hair, pregnancy photos and old pictures, so he can't see them.
We sit on my sofa and we start talking.
"So... tell me a little bit about yourself?"-Ratiff
"Well, where do I start? I used to live here but I caught my ex boyfriend cheating so I left, I came back 2 weeks ago."-Rydel
"Who is he...I'll kill him! He didn't have the right to hurt you!"-Ratliff
"Suicide is a horrible thing..."-Rydel
I only whisper it so hopefully he didn't hear.
"Anyway! So how about you?"-Rydel
"Well...it all started when I met this awesome family at a dance studio... we formed a band called 'R5'. We went on tours and I have a little crush on this girl...Rydel. I always did have a crush on her, but I had a girlfriend. Her name was Kelly. 2 years ago I found out that she was cheating on me, Rydel and I became girlfriend & boyfriend. We went on tour again... when we got home from tour Kelly came over and she forced me to kiss her, Rydel went missing and my whole world came crashing down. Nothing was the same. I loved Rydel with all my heart. We even got matching tattoos. She was my world. I would of done anything for her. I was hoping one day she would be the mother of my children and Mrs.Ratliff. I still have no idea where she is. We done a concert in London and I thought I saw her. It couldn't of been her though... I still miss her! She is beautiful! She's my Queen!"-Ratliff
I was crying so much and Ratliff just looked at me weird.
"Are you okay?"-Ratliff
I shake my head 'no' then walk out the room.
I cant believe he didn't cheat on me! Kelly forced him! I'm so stupid!
I go into the kitchen and grab a glass of water.
"I came over here today to ask you a question... why are you cheating on Ryland with Riker?"-Ratliff
I start choking on my drink and Ratliff has to pat my back.
"GROSS! I would never date any of them! EVER! what made you think I was dating any of them?"-Rydel
"Never mind..."-Ratliff
We spoke for a while longer then he left.
I went to bed shortly after.
There's a noise downstairs, so I go to check it out... I creep downstairs slowly, making sure not to make any noise. When I reach downstairs I look around. I go down to the basement and check out the recording studio, nobody's there. So I go back upstairs and check on Mark. When I open his door Ratliff is standing over Marks bed with a smug look on his face.
"You should have told me Rydel... Naughty Girl... Now Your Gonna Have To Pay!"
I ran over to Mark but before I could reach him, Ratliff pulled out a sharp object and hit me with it. I held my stomach as it pour of blood, pain coursed through my body. I was doubled over. I watch as Ratliff picks up Mark and takes him away, leaving me there to die.
I wake up screaming and crying, my body was drenched in sweat. I begin panicking and I hear Mark screaming and crying. I woke him up. Thank god it was just a nightmare.
All of a sudden the door burst open and somebody is standing there holding a baseball bat. I scream even more and the light turns on.
Riker is standing there...
"ARE YOU OKAY? WHO WAS IT? RYDEL?"-Riker
"It's okay it was just a nightmare..."-Rydel
"Okay, well I'm gonna go get Mark to sleep then I'll come sit with you."-Riker
He leaves the room and I can hear him singing to Mark. I smile to myself and Riker soon comes back in. He sits on my bed and I tell him everything that happened. When I was younger I used to get really bad nightmares, so I would always get into bed with Riker. I felt so safe with him.
"How did you even hear me?"-Rydel
"Are you kidding me? I thought you was being murdered!"-Riker
I chuckle slightly.
"Riker... please stay tonight?"-Rydel "
"Of course! Anything for my little sister!"-Riker
He turns the light off and gets into the covers with me. I snuggle up with him and I fall into a dreamless sleep. I love being with my big brother.
I wake up to the smell of Pancakes so I go downstairs. I walk into the kitchen and Riker is cooking for me.
"Aww, Riker you didn't have to!"-Rydel
"Yes I did! You are my baby sister and I love you so much! Plus I didn't see you for nearly 2 years! After last night I knew you deserved to have a day off!"-Riker
"You are the best brother ever!"-Rydel
"I know!"-Riker
I look over to Mark to see that he is already showered and dressed.
"Morning Sweetie!"-Rydel
"Morning Mommy! I Wove Uncle Wiker!"-Mark
"You do? That's great!"-Rydel
"I love you too little man!"-Riker
My breakfast was brought to me and Riker, Mark and I all ate together.
"Hey Rydel, here's some money, go get your nails done!"-Riker
"I can't, I have Mark!"-Rydel
"I'm gonna go take him to a play centre, it had so many cool things there for kids, we used to go there as kids!-Riker
"Really? You are officially the best! I actually love you so much! Thank you!"-Rydel
I run upstairs to go get changed and get ready. When I'm ready I meet Riker downstairs. I hug him, give him the diaper/changing/baby bag that has everything that Mark needs in it and kiss marks forehead. I get into my car, Riker gets into his and we drive off in opposite directions.
I drive to the nail bar and take a seat. I get pink tips with hello kitty on them.
I pay then drive home. When I get there, Riker still isn't back with Mark so I record a song.

I hear clapping behind me and turn quickly. I see Rocky standing there.
"You make that up?"-Rocky
I nod quickly and he claps again.
"Wow! Delly wrote a really good song!"-Rocky
I hit him playfully.
"Hey! I have written a good song before!"-Rydel
"Really? What song was that?"-Rocky
"Love Me Like That! That was an awesome song!"-Rydel
"Mhmm... I wake up and my hairs a mess and I'm to lazy to get to get dressed..."-Rocky
He does it in an annoying girls voice and I start laughing again.
We head up to the kitchen and I make him some lunch. He smiles and thanks me, then munches on the food I made him.
My mom then came round and we made some dresses. She done my hair and make up aswell. She sorted out all of my jewellery and tutus. I still had every show outfit. They all bring back so many memories. We spoke about how I'm going to tell Ratliff.
I still had no idea how to though. My mom told me to be at hers at 5PM tonight with Mark. Then she left.
I sighed and thought about it. I'm not gonna tell him tonight. I just have to find a way to hide Marks face.
------5PM------
I knock on my moms door, I would usually just walk in but Ratliff might find it suspicious. I hold Mark in my arms with a blanket covering his face/head.
The door gets opened and I walk in.
"Hey, is there anywhere I can put him? He's fast asleep..."-Rydel
The boys catch on and Riker takes him in his arms and takes him upstairs. Probably in his bed.
Riker comes down a few minutes later and Ratliff walks in from the kitchen.
"Hey Mary, What Are You Doing Here?"-Ratliff
"Uh...Mrs Lynch asked me to come over..."-Rydel
"Honey, Call Me Stormie!"-Stormie
I chuckle and Ratliff stares at me.
"Okay... everybody sit down! As you may know, we go on our annual camp every year... we are going tomorrow! Mary you are coming with us! We need to sort out sleeping arrangements."-Stormie
I was so happy! I miss the annual camping trips!
"Well I don't mind staying with Mary... If that's okay with her"-Ratliff
I was about to object but my mum agreed it was a great idea... thanks a lot!
"Great..."-Rydel
"Mary go pack your stuff now! You can stay over tonight as we are leaving early! You can stay in Rydel's old bedroom!"-Stormie
I run home and pack mine and Marks things. We usually go for 2 weeks so I packed a lot!
I ran back over to my moms house and I went up to my old room. It looks exactly the way I left it... god I miss this room!
I put the suitcases near the door and leave my room. I walk into Riker's and kiss Marks forehead. I walk back into my room and see Ratliff sitting on the bed.
"Hey, I just came to ask if you wanted to play truth or dare with the guys?"-Ratliff
"Sure..."-Rydel
"Awesome! By the way, loving your nails! Rydel would've loved them!"-Ratliff
I just awkwardly chuckle and walk out to where the guys were together.
"Okay... who's first?"-Rydel
"I'll go first!"-Riker
"Okay!"-Everybody
"Umm... Ratliff Truth Or Dare?"-Riker
"Dare..."- Ratliff
"I dare you to... knock on the neighbours door and ask if they have any tampons you could borrow..."-Riker
Ratliff sighed and Rocky recorded it.
They both came back a few minutes later with a box of tampons. We watched the video and Ratliff was acting like...Ratliff. He was being crazy. He threw the box at me since I was the only girl and I blushed from embarrassment.
"Uh...Thanks?"-Rydel
"Okay...My Turn... Mary,Truth Or Dare?"-Ratliff
"Truth..."-Rydel
"Biggest Secret?"-Ratliff
"Uhh... I don't really have any..."-Rydel
"C'Mon there's gotta be one..."-Ratliff
"Fine...umm...I have always had a crush on this one guy... his name is Ell- Elliot...Yeah, That's His Name...He Has This Awesome Sense Of Humour...He Just Brightens The Whole Day!"-Rydel
The boys all give me the 'I know your talking about Ratliff' Look.
"My Turn... Rocky...Truth or dare?"-Rydel
"Dare..."-Rocky
"I dare you to... strip to your underwear and ask the neighbour if you can borrow her shower..."-Rydel
"Oh C'mon...Seriously?"-Rocky
I nod and he sighs, getting up and stripping down to his underwear. He ran outside to the neighbours and came running in a few seconds later.
"Shes chasing me! Hide me!"-Rocky
We all start laughing and he sits back down.
"My turn... Ross...truth or dare?"-Rocky
"Truth..."-Ross
"Worst thing that's ever happened to you?"-Rocky
"When Rydel left..."-Ross
Everything was an awkward silence until Ross spoke up.
"Okay... Ryland...Truth Or Dare?"-Ross
"Dare..."-Ryland
"I dare you to... go get a tattoo!"-Ross
"Take me later & I will!"-Ryland
"Deal!"-Ross
"Riker...truth or dare?"-Ryland
"Truth!"-Riker
"Most embarrassing thing that's happened to you?"-Ryland
"I was babysitting and I took the kid to the play centre place. I was in the ball pit with him and he peed all over me. A hot girl was standing there and when I stood up there was a huge pee stain on me and It looked Like I peed myself."-Riker
I mouthed Mark? And he nodded.
I burst out laughing and everybody joined in.
The game went on for a few more hours and before we knew it, it was 1:30AM.
"Mary...Truth or Dare?"-Ratliff
"Dare!"-Rydel
"I dare you to go skinny dipping in the pool!"-Ratliff
I was a bit hesitant at first but then I realised it was dark outside. Nobody could see me.
I went outside into the garden and the boys followed. Riker tried to stop me but a dares a dare...am I right?
I stripped off and looked down at my tan body. I saw the tattoo that Ratliff and I both got tattooed.
Yeah, we got matching tattoos. We got them on my 18th birthday. It's a music note with the 'infinity' symbol and an 'R' in the middle.
I quickly jumped into the pool and swam around. After 5 minutes Riker handed me a towel and I got out. I wrapped myself up and walked into the house. After playing a little more I decided it was time for bed as we had to be up early. I hugged everybody and went to bed. I don't know how I was going to explain Mark to Ratliff tomorrow...
