--Edited (4/4/16)--

Ugh, school's been such a pain >.<

Also note, this will be the last chapter for a few weeks or so, I have to go back and edit all chapters prior to this one. I won't make major changes but if I find it necessary I'll make some changes, so you might need to keep your eye out for that.

Note 4/4/16: Clearly whats typed above is no longer in action, it is now up to date with editing

Happy Easter!

"Holding onto anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else. You are the one who gets burned."

I'd normally find myself sleeping like a baby so early in the morning, but for this one, it would seem that wouldn't be so. The sun started to rise slowly into the dark sky, illuminating my bedroom.

I sighed and looked off to my side, where a male body lay sound asleep. I don't remember who it was this time. Then again, I never do pay much attention when I'm drunker then appropriate for a princess.

Combing my hair with my hand, I tip toed out of bed as to not wake up the sleeping man. Thank god the door was slightly ajar, I slipped my way out of the room.

I didn't want to deal with the man when he woke up. Without thinking, I suck refuge in Thana's empty chambers, which stood empty for weeks until I entered it.

Everything was untouched; her dresser with the jewels she never wore, her bed, the window she would always look out of when we were children and look out at the stars.

I've always despised the girl, when we were children and even now. Mother held her very dear to her, the only reason being she is always said to have powers beyond belief. Mother barely paid mind to me. It was Thana everything, Thana Thana Thana Thana.

She had it all. She had mother's attention. She had a handsome fiancé. She probably had more power then believable.

Damn no names. Damn them all.

I remember as far back as when we were children, playing together. As usual I pretended like I enjoyed her company, because if I refused it the old maid would lecture me about the importance of sisters.

Thana was weak. She let me have my way in terms of playing games and whatnot. Mother believed she was strong and powerful, yet I could see through it. Mother wanted to believe that someday Thana would agree with her and unleash her said abilities, yet I knew she wouldn't use them.

Not that I agreed with mother. But deep down in my heart I knew Thana wouldn't use it, and maybe if it were I in Thana's place I would use it, only to make mother proud.

Why couldn't I have been the one born with a no name ability? Why couldn't mother love me enough to make me heir? Why couldn't I have the dazzling life?

Thana was as selfish as they got. I hate her. I hate her I hate her I hate her.

If that hate died, then it might as well be the end of the world.

It only took them 5 more trees until we realized that Nico could knock the trees down with his Dyzeckan powers. Within seconds, 10 more trees had been knocked down and here we all were, laying on them.

A sliver of morning sunlight came into my line of vision. I blinked a few times, my eyes adjusting to the blinding light shinning. I yawned and planted my hands firmly on the grass before sitting up.

I took note of my surroundings. To my left were the knights, face down in the grass and barely making a peep. To my right, on the other hand, was a reckless Nico, sprawled on the ground and snoring like an animal. Thana lay a few feet away on her side, her side making small movements as she breathed.

"Awake, I see." Ruby stood in front of me, firewood in hand. "How'd you sleep?"

I rubbed my forehead as Ruby trudged to the center of the area and placed the firewood on the ground. Fire erupted from her palm, and she placed it onto the wood. I replied "Good. What are you doing? Its morning and its not that chilly."

Ruby blinked. "Do you not see our friend over there?"

Thana, in fact, had been shivering. God knows why, though. It was so nice out!

"Ah." I paused as Ruby began to wipe her hands on her pants to get chips of wood off her hands. "Hey... Ruby... how do you think mom is doing?"

She stopped and looked up at me. The topic probably never crossed her mind.

"Most likely didn't realize we were gone."

"I doubt that. She might be in her room all the time, but I'd think she'd know."

Ruby sighed and continued.

"Once this is over with, we'll get mom back." I stated. "and give her a better life."

Ruby nodded. I may or may not have been wrong, but I noticed tears form in her eyes. She wasn't crying though—she sniffled as Andreas woke up.

He yawned. "Good morning."

The morning, in fact, hadn't been a good one. I spread a hearty smile on my face nevertheless. "How did you sleep?"

I rolled my eyes as I was forces to answer the question once more. "Just dandy."

"Glad to hear." Andreas yawned once more, making it clear he was still tired. But it wasn't just that, it was the black circles under his eyes and the way his voice sounded. "What I would do for something to drink right now."

I chuckled. "There's a lake not to far away from here."

"Don't have the time, lightening boy." Andreas stood up. I raised an eyebrow at my new nickname. "We have a hut to build."

"What should I do?" Ruby chimed in as Andreas started waking up his comrades. He glared at her, deciding what she should do. "Collect some wood for a fence with Thana."

As usual, my foot collided with Nico's cheek. After waking him up not so nicely, we got back to work.

It was a breeze for Nico, who split the trees in half with his bare fist. As for the rest of us, it took us a long laborious to split the smallest section of a tree.

I had absolutely no idea how to build a hut, and I know for a fact Nico lacks the knowledge I as well lack. For now, we would have to rely on the knights.

It started to seem we would have to rely on them for most things. They were trained in combat, so it would seem mandatory we learn from them as well, despite how we've been training ourselves ever since the thought of revenge came into my mind.

I sighed and continued to work. Right now, we needed them. We needed them on our side if we were going to do this.

The first wall was tall and thin and could surprisingly stand up when we hammered it to another section of wall. In no time the base of the hut was finished, the wall stretching far more than I accepted.

Ruby and Thana came back shortly after, branches sticking out of their hands and stabbing their sides. They seemed to have carried as much as possible.

"Great!" Andreas smiled and gently grabbed the twigs from Thana's left hand. "Now we have our fence."

"What next?" Ruby stated, curious for her next job.

"Uh...just stand there and look pretty, I suppose." Andreas side and wiped sweat off of his forehead.

Ruby and Thana pouted. "I can do something, you know. I can help build the walls or uh, floors." Thana suggested.

"No, its quite alright." Andreas sighed as he continued working.
