You were crouched in the bushes, keeping a watchful (e/c) eye on the Scandinavian home. She had to be walking by a window sometime soon. If only you could get a glimpse of her flawless face.
You had been outside for hours and the cold winter weather was chilling you to the bone. It was Christmas eve and the snow was coming down thick.
"Come on," You murmured. "Let me see you." You rubbed your hands together for heat.
"Do you need something?" A voice arose from the dark behind you.
"SON OF A MOTherfucker!" You jumped to your feet. You had started off by yelling but lowred your voice to a whisper in fears of one of the occupants in the house would hear you.
Your eyes settle on a beautiful young lady and your breath hitches. It was her. "May I help you with something?" She repeated cooly.
"N-no." You stuttered. "I was just looking for you." You composed yourself and looked her straight in the eyes.
She blinked at you, not looking the smallest bit creeped out. "How may I help you." She asked. Impatience dripped from her voice.
"I want you to marry me." You said confidently, staring her straight in the eyes.
She didn't flinch. "You are too late." She growled. "I'm already going to marry my big brother."
"No you're not." You took a step towards her. "I made sure of that. I've been watching you for months now."
She quirked an eyebrow. "I'm impressed. I hadn't noticed I had a stalker."
You shrugged and advanced towards her once more. "I know." You were now close enough to touch her. So, you did. Your fingers grazed her soft blonde hair. "Feels like I always dreamed it would." You sigh and drop the lock.
"You can have it." Belarus said. She drew her knife and in one swift motion, cut the hair. She caught it so it wouldn't fall to the pavement and pulled her bow from her hair, tying it around the severed lock. "Merry Christmas."
As she gave it to you, her fingers brushed your palm. You shiver. "Thank you."
"Tell your stalker friends how successful you are a stalking me." She said before turning away from you and walking towards the house. "Goodnight."
You watch her leave. "Goodnight." You murmur. Her hair sways as she walks, leaving you transfixed. Her smooth hair slid from between your fingers and floats to the fluffy white snow bellow. "Merry Christmas."
