Maya looked at him with teary eyes before she laid with her head on his shoulders.
Maaran caressed her hair and lifted her to face him.

He kept spitting fire in anger making Maya stare at him with wide eyes.

He frowned at her before she dragged him to the nearby pumpset along with a larger water pit to play. Maya raised her eyebrows while he shook his head, she twisted her lips before she got into the pit.
Maaran sat on the pit with his legs dipped in the water while smiling at Maya who was enjoying to the fullest. Maya swam to him and stood beside him with her arms placed on the wall.
Maya: ulla va ?
Maaran: illa nee vilayadu..

She moved back to play in the water before she removed the pin that was holding her half saree.

She removed her half saree making him gasp and threw it which landed on his face. Maaran removed the saree from his face and found her playing casually in the water with wet blouse cladded torso on display to him. Maya noticed him gulping at her with her peripheral vision and murmured.

Before she could finish her rambles she was hugged from behind with arms around her bare waist.

Maya tilted to look at him who had placed his chin over her shoulders and nodded her head teasingly. She hissed when he pulled her more into him causing their bodies to rub against each other. She removed his tight hold on her tummy and stretching out his fingers she gently placed it back. His fingers caressed over her bare tummy while the other moved the hair that fell all over her shoulder to her right. Maya gasped as he smooched over her nape and shoulder blade. She moaned entwining her fingers with his that rested on her tummy and fisting his locks with the other before leaning back on his shoulders giving him more access to her neck. He let her go only after he was satisfied with the marks over her neck. She winced when he twirled her unexpectedly to face him still with his hold on her. Pushing back the hair that fell on her face he pecked the corner of her lips making her curl her toes and first his vest. Only then she noticed he had thrown away his shirt just above her half saree and she did not know when he did it. She huffed when he once again kissed all over her face purposely avoiding her lips and pulled him taking his lips in hers.
Maaran let go of her lips and laughed out loud when he heard her stomach grumble in hunger.
Maya: yen da sirikara ?
Maaran: pinna enna di nan enna mood la irukan… nee ena panra..

Maaran frowned when she stopped speaking and sighed.
Maaran: enna ?

Maya left for the ‘ thoppu veedu ‘ while Maaran left to collect some fresh vegetables. When Maaran returned back Maya was dressed in simple salwar and guessed it was Surya’s. This ‘thoppu veedu’ was their all time go to place so they made sure to have everything that would be needed.

Maya nodded and started looking around the house that had an aesthetic vibe. Just with the architecture Maya guessed that it would be a more than fifty year old building. The house was a medium sized one with mutram, kitchen, dining and bedroom on the ground floor and a few bedrooms on the first floor. Of course she somewhat remembered being there in the house in childhood but she was too young to remember every detail. She stood there caressing her mother's photo as her eyes teared on its own.

She caressed the photo as her tears drenched her cheeks before she quickly wiped it of when she heard Maaran calling for her.
Maaran: anga enna di panra Inga va..
Maya moved to him and noticed him hiding his hands behind him.
Maya: solu.
Maaran: yen voice oru Mari iruku..
Maya: athu ella illaya… ama Kaila enna vechu iruka ?
She tried to take a sneak peak but he moved back, hiding it.
Maya: enna da ?

Maya pouted and tried to look at it but soon closed her eyes when he warned her.
Maaran pulled her right arm and stretching her fingers he placed a piece of cloth on her palm. Maya touched the fabric with closed eyes and guessed it was a pure cotton one. But with doubt why he gave it to her as a surprise she opened her eyes and found a small cotton tie up Jabla which was a little faded.
Maya: hey.. enodotha da ?

Maya's eyes went wide with his revelation and she quickly turned to look at her mother who was smiling at her and smiled with welled up eyes.
Maaran: anga enna di pathuta iruka ?
Maya: Haan onu illa.. nee po nan varan..
Maaran shrugged before he left the room while Maya sighed, hugging the Jabla close to her heart.
Maya was seated under a coconut tree when Maaran came with his hands once again hidden behind him.
Maya: enna Inga ukaara soliru nee enga pona?
Maaran: kana moodu..
Maya: ipa enna thara pora ?
Maaran: kanna moodu solaran..
Maya shook her head and closed her eyes before Maaran spread a cloth on the floor and placed a plate, knife, a small box and ‘ idi kal’ used in the kitchen.
Maaran: ipa thera ?
Maya: enna da ethachu magic pana poriya…
Maaran fake glared at her before he took a raw mango from behind him.
Maya: aii manga.
Maaran: manga tha.. ana special Manga.
Maya: apdi enna special ?
Maaran: Inga Manga kacha Maram… nama China vayasula en birthday anaiku ona Senthu vecha Maram.
Maya: hey super da… nama maram vechom ah.. enaku nyabagam ah illa ?
Maaran: unaku apa 3 years tha di iruku..

Maaran sliced the mango into big pieces and put it into the ‘ idi kal ‘ with some salt and chili powder. He hit it a few times until the mango was little smashed and was mixed with the masala. Maya licked her lips as he transferred it into the plate and she was quick to snatch it from him. Maaran chuckled when she moaned to the taste and tried to a take piece but she swated away.
Maya: unaku venum na ne thaniya eduthuko.. ithula Kai vecha Kondruvan..
Maaran: athu seri senju kudutha enaka illaya ?
Maya: ama po..
Maaran shook his head smiling as he watched her moan to the tangy taste of the mango with her eyes closed.
They spent their day roaming around the grove and decided to stay that night as Maya wanted to spend more time.
Later that night, Maya was snuggled in Maaran's chest fisting his vest while he laid caressing her hair. They had decided to hit the bed soon after dinner and silence privileged in the room right from they laid with a mild music playing in the background.
Maaran adjusted himself when Maya moved back to lay on her back with her head on his arms. She tilted to look at him and stared at him as if she was watching him for the first time.
Maaran: yen di ipadi pakara ?
Maya: oru kiss kudan…
Maaran tossed to lay on his side and pulled her closer, staring into her eyes. Neither she told him where to kiss nor he asked. Just with the look in her eyes Maaran knew where it was leading and also knew what had to be done. Pushing back the hair that fell on her neck, he placed an open mouth kiss making her toes curl. Even before she relished the kiss he moved back and laid watching the ceiling. Realizing his plan she moved to lay on his chest with palms flat on it and her chin rested above it.
Maya: seri ipa nan tharata ?
Maya questioned but before he could answer she covered his mouth making it unable for him to speak.
A couple of hours later Maya pushed away Maaran who tried to kiss her neck again, making him fall back on the bed before she covered their naked bodies under the duvet.
Maaran: enna di ?
Maya: pothu tired ah iruku..
Maaran: oru round kaga va ?
Maya: ama… ana seriyana kedi da nee… enga mutham kudutha enna nadakum nala therinju vechu iruka ?
Maaran: nee matum enna va.. Nan enga panuvan nu therinju thena kiss keta ?
Maya: athu seri Payan 20 naal ah uruku vanthatula irunthu kenjarana nu… she dragged.
Maaran: oh oh apa unaku interest illama tha... konja nerathuku munadi room ah alarucha.
Maya: chi poda poriki… she tried to hit him but Maaran got hold of her hand and locked it above her head. He hovered her without putting on her.
Maya: Venda sona kelu..
Maaran: enaku venum..
He snuggled into her neck and when Maya expected him to kiss her rubbed his stubble over her neck causing to giggle. He started tickling her bare waist making her laugh out loud filling the room with their laughter. He tickled her until she started coughing, unable to control her laughter.
Maaran: ok ok cool down..
Maya took a deep breath and looked at him with her eyes twinkling.
Maya: yen Maara.. Nalanaiku nama ellathayum sona apram.. itha mari Yaruku bayadama.. yaru kita epa matuvom nu bayam illama.. peaceful ah irukalam illa.
Maaran smiled at her before he wound his arms around her neck and pulled her to his chest, kissing her forehead.
Maaran: ellam soliralam..
Maya nodded with a smile: ellama soliralam..
Maaran once again kissed her forehead and laid on his back with her in arms. Maya laid silently for a few seconds before she lifted her and looked at him, making him frown.
Maaran: yenna di ?
Maya shook her head before she removed his left arm that was hugging her shoulders and placed it on her abdomen.
Maya: ipa thoongu.
Maaran shook his head before making himself while she gripped his left arm and the duo fell asleep.

Maya was returning back from the room after collecting the Jabla that she had left earlier while he hit on Maaran who came in search of her with a coffee cup.
Maaran: hey sorry sorry..
Maya was looking at the Jabla that was spoiled with the coffee and she looked anxious.
Maya: arivu illa unaku.. pathu vara mataiya.. she caressed the cloth before she quickly left into the bedroom.
Maaran who was confused with her sudden annoyance and followed her to find her washing the cloth with tension.
Maaran: Yazh ethuku ithu ivalo tension Agara ?
Maya: pathu vara mudiyatha da unala ?
Maaran: hey nee tha di dress ah pathutu vanthu idicha..
Maya: oh apa en mela thena thappu..
Maaran sighed: seri cool.. kudu nan wash pani tharan.
Maya: onu Venda… pesama poiru…
Maaran: Kuttu…
Maya: pesama ponu sona.. she almost yelled, making him confused but he silently left not wanting to annoy her more.
Maya's eyes teared up without her knowledge as she hugged a somewhat cleaned Jabla to her chest.
