Maaran smiled sheepishly at Kathir who was glaring at him. When the brothers duo were returning from the orkesta after giving lame excuses, Kathir had asked him to stop in front of a field. Maaran tried to ditch saying he would tell him at home along with Anjali but Kathir informed him that Anjali would speak to Maya and to spill the beans. And now after explaining a few things happening they were disturbed in between by a call to Maaran and once he was over with the call he found Kathir glaring at him.
Kathir: Enna ellam da Pani irukinga innum ?
Maaran: athu ella vidiya vidiya pogum da…
Kathir: ama nee Solaratha patha apa Madan uh Jenny uh ?
Maaran gave a thiruttu muli and shook his head in all directions.
Kathir: dei..
Maaran stopped shaking his head and nodded positively while Kathir covered his mouth with his palm in shock.
Maaran: athu Yaruku theriyathu da…
Kathir: apa unga vishiyam matum theriyum oh..
Maaran: Sola kudathunu illa da..
Kathir: apram yen da solala…
Maaran: athu oru periya.
Kathir: dei Maara…
He yelled before quickly pulling Maaran aside as a truck crossed them at a harsh speed straddling both.
Kathir: Dei porom Boku kanu therila.. he yelled at the truck passing away without even bothering to check on them.
Kathir: epadi poran.. he cursed and turned to Maaran.. unaku ethachu adi patrucha da..
Maaran: athu ella illa da..
Kathir: seri va polam..
Maaran nodded but before he could reach his bike his mobile rang.
Kathir: yaru da ?
Maaran: Aadhav na…
Kathir: Avan Kovil la illa irukan ?
Maaran: Ama.. seri iru… he attended the call.. solu da…
Aadhavan: dei Mathini mayangitanga da seekram va..
Maaran: Enna da Solara epa.. Ava veetula illa iruntha..
Aadhavan: ayoo ella solaran.. mothala kelambi vanga..Anna vayum kutitu va
Maaran: varen varen vei..
Kathir: enna da.. enna aachu ?
Maaran: Maya thidirunu mayangitalan da..
Kathir: Ayoo.. enna aachu avuluku..
Maaran: therila da va pola enaku oru Mari iruku..

Maaran quickly passed the bike key and they rushed home. Even before Kathir could stop the bike, Maaran jumped out of the bike and ran towards Maya's room only to find it empty. When he rushed out he found Aadhavan.
Maaran: enga da Ava ?
Aadhavan: kathir anna room la..
Maaran: angaya.. he frowned.. seri..
He jogged to the other side of the lawn towards Kathir's room and found Maya standing near the bed.
Maaran: Maya..
Maya : Ena da…
Maaran jogged to her and cupped her face in his palms.
Maaran: ena di aachu unaku thirumba.. epa irunthu solaran doctor kita polan.. Kalyanam mudinjathu polam nu sona… mudinju oru varam aachu kupta vara matingara…
Maya: ipa enna aachu ethuku hospital poganum..
Maaran: Enna di assault ah kekara.. Inga vanthathula irunthu matum nee 3 thadava mayangitan..
Maya: athu epa nadanthathu.. athuku ethuku ipa react panra ?
Maaran: nadikatha ipa kooda nee mayanguna illa..
Maya frowned and soon realization hit her.
Maya: dei lusu.. nan mayangunan yaru da sona ?
Maaran: Aadhavan tha sona..
Aadhavan: dei nan enga da Maya mayangu nanu sona.
Maaran: dei lusu nee thena da Maya mayangita oda va nu sona ?
Aadhavan: dei lusu nan Mathini mayangitanga nu sona..
Maaran: Mathini..
He frowned between the duo while Anjali came out of the washroom wiping her face.
Maaran: Apa mayangunathu..
Maya: athu nan illa.. Anjali..
Kathir: Anjali.. Enna aachu… he quickly jogged to her and checked her…
Anjali: onum illa ga.. kalyana Vela athu ithu nu thookam ah illa la atha..
Kathir: enna va irunthalum paravala va hospital polam..
Anjali: ayoo onum illa ga.. nala tha irukan.
Maya: Mama pakathu veetu nurse akka irukanga illa avunga check panitanga.. stress tha nu sonanga..
Kathir nodded and the others left the room leaving the duo alone. After sometime the whole family returned and got to know everything that happened. Once everyone left after enquiring about Anjali Yamuna and youngsters were alone left in the room.
Yamuna: seri neenga ella ponga nan pathukaran..
Kathir: amma nan ingaya irukan..
Yamuna: nee tha da mothala poganum…
Kathir: amma ella puriyuthu ana sorry ma.. inaiku nan avala vitutu vara matan..
Yamuna: sona kelu da nan pathukaran..
Kathir: amma neenga purinjukonha..
Yamuna: Kathir..
Maaran moved to stand beside him and whispered.
Maaran: Dei amma Solaratha kelu..
Kathir: neeyum yena da ipadi pesara ?
Maaran: Solaratha kelu..
He blinked at him before eyeing Maya who understood what she should do.
Maya: hm..hm.. mama atha athai solaranga illa nan Anjali kuda irunthu pathukaran.. neenga ponga..
Yamuna : dei atha Ava solara illa va polam…
Maaran: Dei nee va enkuda paduthuko…
He dragged him out of the room and the brother's trio settled in Maaran's room.
Kathir: dei neengalum yen avungala mari panringa.. Ava pavam da.. amma enna poga sona apa kaiya vidava illa.. Ava en kuda irukanum nu ninaikara da..
Maaran and Aadhavan looked at each other and chuckled.
Kathir: en nelamaya patha ungalukh siripa iruka da ?
Aadhavan: Dei anna.. epadi da nee ella love pani kalyanam pana ?
Kathir: Huh ?
Aadhavan: Apram enna love pana main ah kanula pesarathu tha da mukiyam.. Ana unaku athu ella theriyathu polaya ?
Kathir : yen da samantham samatham ilama pesitu iruka…
Maaran: dei lusu nan tha kanu kamichan illa nan pathukaran nu..
Kathir frowned between the duo, making them shake their heads in disbelief.
Aadhavan: dei anna un thambi da Ivan… Avan signal panathu Maya epadi purinjutu action la erangita.. una ella vechu Mathini enna kasta pada porangalo..
Kathir: apa nee soli tha Ava Apdi sonala.. Apdi ena da unga plan.. hey iru iru… Avunga rendu peru pesunathu unaku Epadi purinjuthu.. mothala avunga yen kanula pesanum…
Aadhavan just then realised he had given some hint on their relationship without knowing he was trying to get words from him.
Aadhavan: aah Athu Athu… he looked at Maaran innocently who glared at him acting along with Kathir.
Aadhavan: kapathu da anna.. he whispered to Maaran.
Maaran: Dei nee pani vechu iruka kariyathuku nee tha da enna kapathanum…arambicha illa Olunga mudi..
Aadhavan: ayoo matunan..
Kathir: solu da avunga yen kanula pesikanum…
Aadhavan: Anna athu…
He hesitated and kept gulping until Kathir and Maaran started laughing at his struggle making him frown.
Aadhavan: Yen da sirikaringa ?
Kathir: seri athu vidu.. ama ivunga love matter unaku eppa theriyum…
Aadhavan: Athuva athu… Haan.. he was surprised... unaku epadi theriyum..
Madan and kathir hit on the back of his head at the same making him whine.
Kathir: athu ella Mathiyam ah matitanga.. athu seri unaku epa da theriyum..
Aadhavan scratched his head and looked at Maaran.
Maaran: ena yen da pakara atha ella olaritaya solu…
Aadhavan smiled sheepishly before he explained how he caught the duo red handed.
When Aadhavan got to know Maya was visiting coimbatore for the workshop he adviced her to stay at his house. Maya also accepted as his house was nearby to her work location. Two days after she reached coimbatore Aadhavan informed her he would be late from work and had asked her to sleep locking the house. When he returned back home it was mid night and he used the spare key to enter the house. He found Maya asleep on the couch and the Tv playing. He shook his head and switched it off before he left inside the room and brought a blanket and pillow. He placed a pillow for her head and covered with the blanket. Only when he was about to leave he found her mobile on the floor and picked it up only to gasp in shock. A video call was connected and what shocked him was the person on the other side. Maaran was laying on the bed asleep and he guessed him to be in madurai. The phone looked to be proped on a stand and Maaran was laying facing the phone.
Aadhavan: Ivunga rendu peru nerula pathala munjiya thirupitu povanga.. ipa ena face time panitu irukanga..
He frowned and looked at her mobile and once again gasped looking at the caller I'd " My Tom 😘" .
Aadhavan: Ada pavingala.. enna da nadakuthu inga.. yellaru munadi adichutu.. yarukum theiryama enna ella panuthunga rendu..
He stood there with a palm on his open mouth still trying to process what was happening.

Maya woke up to the sounds of vessels and found herself under a blanket.
Maya: mama…
" coffee potutu irukan venum ah ? "
Maya: Yes please..
She heard an ' okay' before cleaning the couch and leaving to refresh. She returned back and searched for her mobile and found it on the floor. She picked it up only to gasp finding Maaran asleep on the other side of the call. She noticed Aadhavan coming out of the kitchen and quickly disconnected the call.
Aadhavan: yena Maya nerathula elunta ?..
Maya: epa elunthukara time tha mama..
Aadhavan: illa night late ah thoongi irupa.. he forwarded her the cup and sat on the couch adjust to hers.. atha ketan..
Maya mv: ayoo pathutana..
Maya: nan yen mama late ah thoonga poran…
Aadhavan: illa pudu idam illa atha..
Maya: oh.. she mentally sighed… athu ellla illa mama.. thoongitan..
Aadhavan: oh seri..
He nodded and played a YouTube video on the tv with Tom and Jerry while Maya gulped and gave a thiruttu muli. But not daring to speak a word she just sipped her coffee in silence.
Aadhavan: yen Maya Tom na romba pudikum oh..
Maya choked on the coffee, she just sipped and spat everything on the floor.
Aadhavan: Hey methuva..
Maya: en..enna mama keta ?
Aadhavan: ila.. unaku Tom pudikum.. ah illa Jerry pudikum ah ?
Maya mv: ayoo… Ivan entha arthathula kekaran nu therilaya..
Aadhavan: enna pathil ah kanom…
Maya: hmm… enaku Tom tha mama pudikum…
Aadhavan: Tom ah ?
Maya: Ama..
Aadhavan: yen ?
Maya: yen na.. pudikum ?
Aadhavan: illa Tom epa paru Jerry ah thola panita irukum..
Maya: ana kadaisila mokka vangarathu athu thena ?
Aadhavan: athuvum correct tha… ana unaku yen pudikum nu solu…
Maya: Mama unaku oru vishiyam theriyum ah?
Aadhavan: enna ?
Maya: Tom ku Jerry ah romba pudikum atha Tom epa paru Jerry ah disturb panum..
Aadhavan: enna olara… Tom ku Jerry ah pudikatha nala thena epa paaru disturb panum?
Maya: atha illa.. she placed her cup on the floor and sat facing him with folded legs.
Aadhavan: apram…
Maya: actually antha landlord lady.. Jerry thorathara kaga tha.. Tom ah kondu varum.. Tom uh athuku ella velayum pathu bulb vangu.. ana athu ellam tom venum nu panathu tha.. Actually Tom ku Jerry ah pudikum.. enga nama Jerry anupa entha disturb panala nu therinja.. landlord lady vera car ah kondu vanthu Jerry anupirum oh nu tha Tom ella panra mari nadikum..
Aadhavan: oh ipadi vera onu iruka ?
Maya: Infact oru episode la.. tom ah waste nu soli antha lady vera cat ah kondu varum.. ana Tom and Jerry uh Senthu antha cat ah verati vitruvanga.
Aadhavan: ivalo iruka
Maya: Ama.. short ah solanum na.. Jerry ah vida Tom ku manasu illa.. enga Jerry namala vitutu poirum gara bayathula tha Tom Jerry avalo trouble panum…
Aadhavan: interesting… apa.. nee vitutu poga kudathunu tha un tom ku unkuda sandai potan nu solara apdi thena..
Maya: ama… she blabbered while grabbing the remote… Haan.. she was quick to realize and blink like a kid at Aadhavan who was glaring at her.
Maya: Ma.ma..mama
Aadhavan: Call cut panamala thoongita
Maya shut her eyes, face palming herself.
Aadhavan: seri evalo naal ah nadakuthu..
Maya: mama mama please.. yaru kitayum soliratha…
Aadhavan: athu nee solarathula tha iruku…
Maya: one year ah..
Aadhavan: Ada pavingala?
Maya smiled sheepishly before she narrated their story while Aadhavan sat there with a surprised face. Just when she completed speaking her mobile started ringing indicating a all from Maaran. She tried to get hold of it but Aadhavan was quick to grab and attend the call.
Maya: Venda mama..
Aadhavan: Hello brother… he waved at Maaran on the other side of the video call.
Maaran looked straddled and blinked at the screen.
Maaran: sorry da unaku mathi kuptan pola.. bye..
Aadhavan: dei dei nee correct ah tha kuptu iruka..
Maaran once again checked the caller Id and it read " Paapa❤️ "
Aadhavan noticed Maaran frowning behind him and turned to find Maya signaling him to cut the call. Aadhavan held Maya's nape and straddled her playfully.
Aadhavan: atha matiyachu illa apram enna signal ?
Maya smiled sheepishly while Maaran gasped on the other end.
Aadhavan: romba shock agathinga brother.. nethu night ah matitinga..
Maaran: epadi da ?
Aadhavan: Call pesuna.. cut pananum.. illa na ipadi tha.
Maaran face-palmed: Thoongitan da..
Aadhavan: Atha pathana.. ana ungala mari fraud gala nan pathatha illa da pa.. enna nadipu.. he shook his head.
Maaran: athu onu nadipu ella illa.. athu vanthu..
Aadhavan: niruthu ella information uh vanthachu..
He eyed Maya who grinned at him before he took his own time to tease the duo.

Maaran grinned: Sola porom ah appa amma kita
Kathir: epa ?
Maaran: Inga irunthu kelambaraku munadi..
Kathir: solala.. nana poi soliruvan therinjuko..
Maaran: athu ella soliruvom da…
Kathir: hmm.. dei … he called Aadhavan… ella ok nee ethuku da Inga vantha ?
Aadhavan: adhu adhu..
Kathir: Enna ?
And just in time his mobile started ringing and the boys managed to see Kavya's name on it which made Kathir gasp in shock.
Maaran mv: sethan sekaru..
Kathir: ayoo amma.. enaku ipava neju valikara mari iruku.. inum enna ella da panringa ?
Aadhavan: anna nee ninaikara mari ella onu illa..
Kathir: apram ethuku da antha pulla una intha nerathula kupduthu..
Aadhavan: ayoo cut airuchu paru.. theriyama kuptu irupanga na.. atha vidu.. nee poi anni ya paru nan kelambaran..
He quickly ran out of the room without giving a chance for Kathir to question further.

Hi dearssss chapter epadi irukunu solunga...
Yeah I said I will update once the previous chapter reached 1k hoping it would reach in a couple of days but for the first ever time even after four it has not reached. But still I did not want to lose hope and continue what I love without expecting the response so here I am.
Will upload the next chapter on Monday. Ready to get a glimpse of little romance of our duo 😉
