Welcome! Here I will try to explain the Uchiumi family tree of victims—I mean of... loving family members 🌝
First things first, let me explain the Uchiumi siblings: there are five offsprings in all. The eldest is Susanoo, Mizuhime's yandere daddy. Then it's Doremi, Hayase, Kaito, and Mizuto, who's the youngest of them. And yes, they are all yanderes 🤗
Also, I had too much fun with their names. The siblings' names and the names of their kids are all related to water lol.

Susanoo Uchiumi: Mizuhime's father and the eldest of his siblings. Somewhere in his mid-40s because I'm too lazy to calculate ages right now. Is a sorcerer and shares the same Inherited Technique as his daughter, but his grade is currently unknown (you'll find out later though 😆).
Sanyu Nakatani: Mizuhime's mother and Susanoo's wife/victim. Mid-40s. Is a jujutsu sorcerer but her skills and grade are unknown. More about her will be discovered as the book goes on, but it's very obvious that she's a caring mother who wants the best for her daughter (but maybe keeping her locked up at home was a better option than the horrible shit I have planned muahaha 🤪).
Mizuhime Uchiumi: The only daughter of Susanoo and Sanyu. Fifteen years old, and will turn sixteen later in the year. Grade 4 sorcerer because a certain SOMEONE 👀 keeps rejecting her promotions (not that she's aware of it tee hee).

They're here! Auntie Doremi and her husband, Hibiki, came first. She gave me lots of kisses and hugs and she had a lot of presents too!! Uncle Hibiki doesnt look okay. He looked very very sad. He always looks like that, but I think his neck is hurting him. I dont know why, but his neck was purple. It looks like it hurts really badly. Mama told me not to ask about it, but I hope he feels better. I don't like playing with their kids so much because Amaya and Erena are older than me and I dont get their big kid talks :(
Doremi Uchiumi: Mizuhime's favorite aunt and the second eldest Uchiumi sibling. In her mid-40s. Is a sorcerer but her skills and grade are currently unknown. According to Mizuhime's diary entry, she is implied to be physically abusive so far.
Hibiki Sakai: Mizuhime's uncle who married into the family, and Doremi's husband/victim. He is a sorcerer, but his skills and grade are currently unknown. A victim of physical abuse.
Amaya Uchiumi: Mizuhime's cousin and the eldest daughter of Doremi and Hibiki. Currently 19 years old. A sorcerer, but her skills and grade are currently unknown. Not very close to Mizuhime due to the age gap.
Erena Uchiumi: Mizuhime's cousin and the youngest daughter of Doremi and Hibiki. Currently 18 years old. A sorcerer, but her skills and grade are currently unknown. Also not very close to Mizuhime due to the age gap.
FUN FACTS!
* Hibiki Sakai married into the family but his surname was changed to Uchiumi. This is a huge contrast to more traditional methods where the woman takes in her husband's name. The Uchiumis don't care much for that tradition. If someone of a lower standing were to marry into the Uchiumi Clan, their surname would be changed to 'Uchiumi' regardless of gender. HOWEVER, if a woman from the Uchiumi Clan were to marry into a more powerful family (such as the Zenin, Kamo, or Gojo Clan), then her surname would change to theirs instead.
* In the diary entry, it was mentioned that Mizuhime spotted her uncle Hibiki with a purple neck. Those were strangulation marks!
* Amaya and Erena are fully aware of their mother's abuse towards their father, but see nothing wrong with it. In their eyes, their mother is "disciplining" their disobedient father. They believe that their father needs to be trained better so he could be "perfect".

Uncle Hayase and his family came next. His wife, Chiaki, is mean so I dont like her very much. She always glares at us and she made me cry once, but Hayase hit her. I think shes always angry because uncle Hayase keeps hitting her. Their son is nice though. I call him Zumi-nii but his real name is Izumi. He's my oldest cousin, but he still plays with me when they come over!
Hayase Uchiumi: Mizuhime's uncle and the third eldest Uchiumi sibling. Around his early 40s. Is a sorcerer, but his skills and grade are currently unknown. He is implied to be physically abusive to his wife, and is noted to hit her a lot.
Chiaki Yamaguchi: Mizuhime's aunt who married into the family, and the wife/victim of Hayase. She is 39 years old, and if you were to subtract that with her son's age, you'll see that she was only 16 when she had him. Is a jujutsu sorcerer, but her skills are grade are unknown. Mizuhime noted her to be aggressive.
Izumi Uchiumi: Mizuhime's oldest cousin and the only son of Hayase and Chiaki. He is currently 23 years old. Is a sorcerer, but his skills and grade are unknown. He has a somewhat close relationship with Mizuhime.
FUN FACTS!
* Chiaki was a rambunctious and lively teenager when she met Hayase, who was an adult at the time. Because he felt that she was too "wild", he decided that Chiaki needed to be tamed and forced her into marriage and motherhood at a very young age.
* The abuse and all the hell she went through led to her becoming extremely aggressive and snappish, even to her own son that she was forced to have.
* Izumi is very much aware of how corrupted her family is and although he hates the situation he and his mother are in, he does not try to fix it due to his fear of the consequences.
* Hayase: Japanese meaning "waterfall"
* Chiaki: Japanese meaning "a thousand bright lights"
* Izumi: Japanese meaning "fountain; spring"
Uncle Kaito was late! It made papa upset but he just laughed at him. Uncle Kaitos very brave becaus papa gets really scary when hes mad. His wife, Misako, greeted me at the door. She scares me. She's always smiling, but her eyes look like a dead fish! Uncle Kaito and auntie Misako are a good match because theyre both weird. Their kids are great though! Kai and Kairi are the bestest cousins! Their near my age so we understand each other a lot. But they don't visit a lot because they live in Paris. They sound so pretty when they speak French! I wanna learn it too!
Kaito Uchiumi: Mizuhime's least favorite uncle and the fourth eldest Uchiumi sibling. Around his mid-30s. Is a sorcerer, but his skills and grade are unknown. Mizuhime doesn't like him that much because he "looks at her funny". Lives in France with his family.
Misako Kimura: Mizuhime's aunt who married into the family and the wife/victim of Kaito. In her mid-30s. Is a non-sorcerer. Not much is known, but Mizuhime wrote in her dairy that she creeps her out since she constantly smiles, but her eyes look dead.
Kai Uchiumi: One of Mizuhime's favorite cousins and the eldest son of Kaito and Misako. Fifteen years old, but just a few months older than Mizuhime. Is a sorcerer, but his skills and grade are unknown. Has the closest relationship with Mizuhime alongside his younger sister.
Kairi Uchiumi: One of Mizuhime's favorite cousins and the youngest daughter of Kaito and Misako. Currently 13 years old. Is a sorcerer, but her skills and grade are unknown. Also has a very close relationship with Mizuhime.
FUN FACTS!
* Kaito is extremely sexually abusive. The torture he put Misako through was so bad that she was mentally broken by it and was reduced to a doll. That's why Mizuhime described her "always smiling" but with eyes that resembled a "dead fish".
* Kaito is not afraid to commit incest. In a previous entry, Mizuhime wrote that she doesn't like him because he "always looked at her funny". He actually saw her as a potential new target. As of now, his main victims are Misako and his two children, who have been groomed to accept the sexual abuse and see nothing wrong with it.
* Kai and Kairi have been sexually abused by their father since their early childhood. Because of that and how they've witnessed their father treat their mother, it's since become the "norm" to them and they don't know any differently.

My favorite uncle came with lots of presents for me! Uncle Mizuto also brought in his new girlfriend! She's really pretty. She didn't talk to me though, she just looked very scared. Uncle Mizuto told me she was just shy and that her name is Keiko Matsuda, but he was gonna marry her soon so she would be an Uchiumi later! They brought their baby girl, Hasumi and she was really cute! Auntie Keiko never holds her though and got into an argument with auntie Doremi about it.
Mizuto Uchiumi: Mizuhime's favorite uncle and the youngest of Susanoo's siblings. In his late 20s. Is a sorcerer, but his skills and grade are unknown. Mizuhime favors him because of his doting nature and tendency to spoil her whenever he can.
Keiko Matsuda: Mizuhime's aunt who married into the family and the wife/victim of Mizuto. In her late 20s. Is a non-sorcerer. Was first introduced to Mizuhime as Mizuto's girlfriend and has a strained relationship with her daughter.
Hasumi Uchiumi: Mizuhime's youngest cousin and the sole daughter of Mizuto and Keiko. Only 9 years old. Is a sorcerer, but she's too young for her skills and grade to be evaluated. First met Mizuhime as a baby, so their relationship with each other is unknown.
FUN FACTS!
* Mizuto actually kidnapped Keiko! Keiko was a college student and he met her during a mission. While they weren't super close friends, Mizuto became infatuated with her anyways and decided to kidnap her. Afterwards, he quickly raped her and she became pregnant with Hasumi.
* Mizuhime's eighth birthday party was actually Keiko's first time out in public since Mizuto kidnapped her. He was very happy to introduce his future bride and unborn child to his family!
* Despite her young age, Hasumi is actually very perceptive and smart... Do whatever you want with that information 👀
