Hello! I hope you guys liked Momo's introduction, I'm doing a lot of foreshadowing and I'm honestly surprised someone hasn't noticed yet 😅

One day had passed since her arrival and the class had already taken a liking to her. To her, the lessons were simple - she (and the majority of people her age) were learning the same things over and over again, only having different teachers as she grew older.

She was walking to the cafeteria with Kyoka Jiro, a girl she had befriended quickly upon entering the school.

Lunch rush's food was good, she thought, but couldn't help but think of the chefs back home. At least they were kind to her these last 3 years. She looked out one of the nearby windows, two doves sitting next to each other on the Sakura tree on the other side of said window. The doves moving closer to each other and snuggling closer for warmth in the post-autumn haze, something she longed for herself.

???: "y....ey...Hey." she looked towards jiro, only realising now she was being distant. "You've been staring out that window for a while now, you OK Yaomomo?" The nickname she used was picked up between the class in almost an instant, something she was fine with as well.

Momo: "It's nothing, I'm quite alright. On a different note, how's your parents record deal coming?" Jiro instantly perked up at this, she had diverted the conversation perfectly. Now it was her alone with her thoughts, and listening to Kyoka's anecdote came easily to her - multitasking was a talent that came naturally to her.

He paced around the room, his trench coat billowing as he went back and forth. Izuku was learning angel anatomy from the head of intelligence himself - Hermes. From what he had learned, apart from veins flowing through their bodies, angels had the addition of spirit circuits - the source of bodily energy for their race.

Hermes ran the ins and outs of the nation, his job was to sort out all information gathered from the missions soldiers, or 'excorcists' as they were called, embarked on - a strenuous task, something only he could do.

To Hermes, teaching Izuku was a joy. People could rarely keep up with what he was saying, so watching Izuku take rapid-fire notes and actually ask sensible questions had earned the boy his trust.

Hermes: " That'll be all for today!" He had to shout seeing as Izuku was at the other end of the library by the time he had finished his lecture. "Pack up your stuff, I'm treating you to take out today!"

He was about to protest, but the food this realm had to offer said otherwise. Protesting would have made him a fool to do so.

Hermes was like an older brother to Izuku. He had always wanted to know what it was like to have an older sibling, and now he had found one in Hermes. He got changed. He was hoping for an enjoyable time out, how naïve he was.
